Jenna goes above and beyond for her brides. From the very beginning, she eagerly dove in to help us, especially since we were working on a shorter timeline than most. She offered invaluable advice, answered my questions promptly, and leveraged her excellent connections and expertise in her field. You would be incredibly lucky to have her handle your wedding, knowing it's in capable hands. Jenna works tirelessly for her brides. Even when we threw last-minute changes at her, she kept everything on track. This included managing our large wedding party of 22 people! On the wedding day, Jenna and her assistant set up our signage and laid out the reception details perfectly, exactly as I had specified. They went above and beyond to incorporate even more details and fun than I had imagined, like tastefully placing leftover candles and flowers on our sweetheart table and the bar area, which added a special touch. If you have the opportunity to have Jenna by your side, you will know you've found a gem. I felt completely confident in my choice, and I'm so grateful to Jenna for making our wedding so beautiful. Jenna planned our wedding in January 2024, and we couldn't have made it such a success without her! She was incredible. Jenna is an excellent communicator: she walked us through all of the stages and events in the weeks prior to our wedding, and went above and beyond with coordinating our rehearsal. She is extremely detail-oriented and prepared; prior to our wedding, she assembled all of the last-minute items we had forgotten, such as sign holders, pens, and vases. On our wedding day, she worked seamlessly with the venue's staff to make the day truly magical.

Jenna and Sam of Heart and Arrow Weddings made our wedding banquet such a memorable experience. All the little details we had wanted were taken care of, and both my husband and I felt completely relaxed the night of our event! We appreciated the thorough meetings both over Zoom and in-person/on-sit to review the layout/flow of the evening and the detailed timeline. The night of, the team regularly checked in with us to keep us on track, expertly corralled 100+ guests upstairs to their seats for dinner, beautifully displayed our dessert table exactly how we wanted it, and seamlessly coordinated all the other vendors. At the end of the evening, all our leftover items/decor/food was neatly packed away with tags/labels so we could just roll it into our vehicle and go home to collapse. We would have been so stressed without Heart and Arrow helping us, and this was easily the best decision we made in planning our wedding. The whole team was a joy to work with, everything felt very organized, and communication was so easy. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you again for everything!

I recently got married on 04/22/2024 in San Francisco. My fiance and I started the wedding planning process about 9 months ago. We both agreed that we were in need of a wedding planner to help guide us in the process. I began my search for a wedding planner through The Knot and came across Jenna’s profile page. I was instantly drawn to her website and reached out to Jenna for further information. I appreciated that she got back to me in a timely manner and scheduled an informative meeting. After our meeting I knew I wanted her to be our planner for this big event. We hired Jenna for her partial wedding planning services, since our venue package came with a wedding coordinator. Since our wedding was a destination wedding, we relied heavily on Jenna’s suggestions and recommended vendors in the area. Jenna was organized, thorough and always went the extra mile for us when planning our wedding. She was communicative through emails, zoom meetings and arranged a detailed timeline for our wedding day. She really did alleviate any stresses or worries that I had during the months leading up to the big day.

Fast forward to the wedding day and I couldn’t have imagined the day without her. Not only was she there several hours before the ceremony setting up, she also stepped into roles (bustling my dress, grabbing us refreshments and picking up money during our Nigerian money spraying) I didn’t expect her to. The best part was at the end of the night me and my fiance were expecting to handle some of the dreaded clean up, but Jenna had made sure everything was taken care of. Let's be real, weddings are expensive, and wedding planners are an investment, but they’re so worth it! It is important to hire a planner that is professional,organized and supportive and Jenna was that and then some. You won’t be disappointed with her services and she was by far one of the best decisions we made during the planning process.

Jenna and her team were life savers during my wedding planning process and day-of event. I selected her ‘day of’ service which included several conversations prior to my wedding to ensure we were fully aligned on my wedding day. She was 100% professional and super helpful with our vendors. Wow wow Jenna is AMAZING. She's extremely organized and professional, and knows exactly the right questions to ask to make sure nothing gets left out. I hired her very late in the game, with just about a month left before my wedding, and she took over everything so seamlessly. The day of the wedding I didn't worry about a single thing - I was able to completely relax and enjoy the day, and spend time with all of our family and friends.
