She was patient with me and went above and beyond to provide the vacation I was looking for.
She would contact me through email or phone if I had any questions and close to my trip she made sure all final steps went well.

I can't thank Diana enough for her help on our trip. She was amazing at helping us find the perfect place to stay for our ski trip in Winter Park.

However, mother nature didn't cooperate. Our trip was planned the day a major snow storm hit the area and shut down the interstate.

This is the reason you need a travel agent like Diana. She was able to connect us with the people we were renting through and get most of our money refunded.

I will always use Diana in the future because of the great perks she is able us on our trips; but more importantly, for the times when things don't go as planned. You need someone that can take care of you.

Diana was amazing. We told her what we wanted and she made it happen flawless. The country of Jamaica had issues at the airport and they went on strike. We notified Diane and within no time she was on the phone with her connects on where we could possibly go did we want to continue to Jamaica a few days later I mean she had a full alternative itinerary for us within an hour of our flights being cancelled. I would recommend Diana to anybody she was just like I said so awesome she made what could have been a bad outcome from speaking to others at the airport to a fabulous week vacation we wanted. Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing Diana Summers of Dream Vacations was in helping us plan our very important 20-year wedding anniversary trip to Ireland. She was absolutely amazing and she planned the perfect itinerary for us. We could not have had a better time. The sites, smells, and the overall experiences are still fresh in our minds. Being our first Ireland trip, there is no way we could have planned this on our own. With her attention to detail, it was easy to follow the itinerary and transition from one day to the next.
