My husband had been sick for about a week so I took him into the new Blake ER on 41. The excellent staff, Darlene, Sarah, and Kim as nurses were very caring , efficient and professional. Special thanks to ER Doctor Wagner absolutely exceptional. If you or your family needs emergency care. I highly recommend.

Such a beautiful change from the normal ER experience. Immaculately clean and extremely quick. Darlene, Tom, and Kim were so very kind and attentive. Dr Coolman was very knowledgeable and caring.

Needed to come here to get blood pressure under control asap. Was greeted promptly, treated promptly. Staff was very friendly and professional. Dr Dan Wagoner, nurse Mark and another female nurse ( can’t remember her name) did what needed to be done quickly and efficiently. Overall pleasant experience. Thank you all!!

Place is pretty cool for an ER. Not as big as others but the place is not busy. Dr. Coolman and the nurses made the visit less stressful for my family. Will definitely comeback for any future emergencies. I would recommend making the registration easier.

Doctor Coolman and Kim and Darlene and Tom were very attentive and took care of my mother so nicely it was a great experience as it's just opened up And it was very pretty and clean and there were not a lot of people in there so my mom felt really special as they were able to attend to her every need. And they do everything their cat scans ECetera. I work for HCA and it was a great experience I would definitely recommended not because I work there but because it was great patient wise

This emergency room opened up less than a month ago, everyone here was so sweet and was on top of things . Darlene helped when we first walked in very pleasant and inviting. Mark was the nurse and was very knowledgeable . Danielle was also very sweet and asked if we needed anything and to please let her know if I needed anything. Definitely will be back especially since it close to home

Fast, Clean, and Comfortable. The Dr’s and Nurses were very attentive and not in a rush! They took the time to listen and asked all the questions to help me get the proper care I needed. Danene, Mark and Danielle they took good care of me and constantly checked in to make sure I was ok.

Dr. Ardu was very nice and explained everything to me that I need to know and all the nurses tom, Hannan and Kim were all very caring and kind and know how to put a smile on someone's face when in lots of pain and mental worn-out but they made everything better while I waited.
