I cannot say enough how well taken care of during my visit, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable! I felt well cared for and really really appreciated the private room, it made all the difference in allowing me to sleep while I was healing. Thank you to all who assisted in my care!

I was iffy on going here to deliver my baby because when I was just 6 weeks pregnant they diagnosed me in the ER with an ectopic pregnancy and an intrauterine pregnancy… all to find out I did not have an ectopic pregnancy, but a very healthy baby growing. Come 39 weeks I went in to get checked and had a midwife who was very pleasant, she stripped my membranes and my labor was off to the races from there. Within 3 hours from stripping my membranes, we had a beautiful baby girl along side some incredible nurses and overall wonderful medical team. Britni from labor and delivery was one of a kind, a truly an incredible nurse. To finish it off when I moved to mother and baby, I had an okay experience until my final night when Alyssa was my nurse, she helped me tremendously. And Jackie the first shift nurse leader, what a pleasant woman, she made me comfortable, welcomed, and overall could tell she adored her job. The staff is great and I would highly recommend delivering your baby at HCA Oak Hill!

Care and treatment were excellent. I was nicely greeted at the check-in which took only a few minutes. I was taken back to the preprocedure room and prepared for the procedure. Waited for the doctor and staff that performed the procedure. After it was done, took me to the recovery room.

Everything was done in a friendly professionally way. Congratulations to all the staff for a job well done!

The experience I had was beyond not good. I honestly do not find it fair to the other hospital staff for me to leave a full review of the patient care I received as this is the only time I have or will ever hopefully go to this hospital. I felt like a learning adventure for students and nurses not an actual patient. I feel the procedure performed was not the procedure that was referred to be done by my doctor and approved by my insurance. I truly hope this was a one time incident for other patients sake as I personally will ask to be going elsewhere. If Hospital staff would like to contact me about my concerns that would be great.

I was admitted to the Emergency Room with a kidney stone episode. The entire staff was incredibly competent and caring. The CT Scan technician was friendly and kept me informed and comfortable throughout the process. I was cured and in and out within a couple hours.

My son received fantastic care from Cheryl and Jeanna, Wound Care Specialist. They are truly the gurus of their field. They were professional and skilled as well as pleasant and kind. They accomplished securing a wound vac machine in a nearly impossible area that will help heal my son’s surgical wound safely. The Wound Care department is truly unsung heros and deserve more recognition.

From the moment I checked in to the time I discharged, I received stellar service, and I would like to recognize my treatment team for their exceptional service. Kim, who was the paramedic working the front desk. She quickly assessed my condition and streamlined my care. Ariana, the RN who cared for my medical needs; and Dr. Monge, who managed my care and treatment plan from beginning to end. I was very pleased with the service I received and felt confident throughout the process.
