Easy to book. Very accommodating. Wonderful tour guide. Was a great experience using Authentic Cuban Tours to do the Havana Sunset Tour. The car was a little uncomfortable (to be expected with an Authentic Cuban car I think. 1950's model) I would 100% recommend this business.

Booking was very easy and quick. Stefano answered all the questions and was very quick to reply back. Asked for a bright color car and got it. Got to see everything I wanted to see, plus a few more spots in one day. And we took our time in some of the spots. The car was on time at the hotel. The ride was comfortable and the tour guide was very engaging. The walking tour in Havana was great too. Great value for money. Thank you for making it a great and memorable time. Would certainly and highly recommend going to Havana with them!

I enjoyed my tour to Viniales valley. Very well organized. The car was great and it had an AC (which is important to me). My guide spoke English very well and it was easy to communicate with him.

The hotel I stayed at had great new appliances, very clean, water pressure was good. Thank you for the USB charging station on a nightstand 😉
Everything was done as promised (you really appreciate it in Cuba:)!

We wholeheartedly, highly, highly recommend Cuba Authentic Tours! Our family of four (18 yo girl and 15 yo boy) decided to visit Cuba two weeks before Thanksgiving. Despite it being a VERY last-minute trip, Stefano, contacted us right away. After one phone call, we knew he was the right fit for our family trip. He helped us plan an 8-day, affordable and personalized tour of Cuba which included housing, breakfast, a driver and a guide/translator. We wanted to see Cuba through the eyes of locals.

Our Spanish is mediocre but we were able to learn, see and experience SO much about Cuba, its people and land. We visited Havana, Matanzas, Varadero, Viñales, Bay of Pigs, Cienfuegos and Trinidad. And, we fell in love with Cuba. Stefano, along with his Cuban wife and wonderful in-laws, have just renovated an old building with high, gorgeous ceilings, in which they have opened a stunning boutique "casa" in Havana's old town. We stayed there several nights and did day trips from there, before heading down south. Their breakfast was also incredible.

We felt like family by the end of the trip with Stefano, his family, our driver, Reinaldo and our guide, Fabian. Such beautiful and fun people. It was sad to say goodbye. We feel as if we will be friends with them for life. Cuba is a unique country and experience. Stefano completely explained what to expect and helped us navigate all our needs while there - THANK YOU!!

We did two tours with this company.
1st tour: Bay of Pigs tour out of Varadero, in a classic car. It is a very long drive to the Bay of Pigs from Varadero and the drive scenery is quite boring. The snorkelling at the Bay of Pigs was gorgeous!
The crocodile sanctuary broke my heart 💔
They need money to look after these crocs better.
The lunch at the local restaurant was very costly $20.00 US each and not worth it! Out tour guide was nice enough and our driver was great.

2nd Tour out of Havana: Havana, Fusterlandia, Hemingway and walking tour was amazing! Anna was an excellent guide and our driver was fabulous.
We loved this extensive tour of Havana and surrounding areas, but would skip the Bay of Pigs next time.

Booking through Stefano was the best decision we made for our trip. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our transportation and accommodations was flawlessly arranged. From coordinating the pick-up with Yoandry and Rocio, who were incredibly gracious and patient, to their warm welcome at the airport despite the delay in getting our bags - it truly made us feel valued as guests.

From the moment we arrived, we never had to worry about a thing as they handled everything seamlessly. Rocio, the sweetest person ever, made our experience even more memorable with her extensive knowledge of the history of each place we visited. Not only did she provide insightful explanations, but she also went the extra mile to help us capture stunning photos and videos along the way. Thanks to Rocio, our trip exceeded all expectations! Ernesto had a really cool convertible and he was very cool and funny. Yoandry and Rocio were even nice enough to offer up their hotspot service with us so we could check in on our family back home.

I'm so grateful for Stefano's attention to detail and the exceptional service provided by the team. I highly recommend them and would absolutely love to work with all four of them again when I return to Cuba.

Our tour guide Irina was very pleasant to spend the day with for the tour. She was very fluent and knowledgeable in the Cuban culture and politics, she was outgoing and kind. She even let us customize what we wanted to do for the tour and was accommodating in every way. She made my family feel at ease the whole time. We would definitely recommend her for anyone thinking about booking the Havana Tour.

Our driver Gerandry, was polite and considerate. His white classic car was well maintained and extremely clean. Armando, who drove us around Havana in his pink convertible was also very nice and accommodating. He let us take pictures in the driver seat and was always smiling. On the admin side, Stefano was very helpful and responsive in our communications through email and whatsapp. Very easy to obtain the information we needed to make a sound decision and confirm booking.

We loved every minute of the tour and would absolutely book again! Thanks again!

My boyfriend and I contacted HC Tours when we were in Cuba, as the package holiday company we had booked with went under the day before we were due to fly out. We wanted to book a tour to replace the ones that would have been part of the package.
The communication throughout was really good, the driver and guide arrived punctually, and they were so friendly throughout. We had a 6 hour guided tour of Havana, which was great value for money, really I'm formative, and with a great friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend.
