Why did I give rooms a 3 star? Hair, there were hairs in my towels. The room was relatively clean. The bed was not so comfy. The grounds were tidy and clean. The young lady that checked me in was a super star ? the male that checked me out was polite. I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you ?

When we arrived at check in. Mark was wonderful and welcoming. We didn't expect to see such a wonderful room. Mark explained everything about the resort and the other amenities that were available for us. The swimming pool and spa were wonderful to wind down from the day. We enjoyed it so much that our next visit will be staying here again. Mark is a real asset to this company and property.

Nice resort. We had a one bedroom, although the living room was somewhat small, it was nice. We had a lake view. While it was nice to look at, the street noise and noises from the lake (boats and jet skies) were a tad bothersome. But that was our choice for the location. The location was great, close to everything we wanted.

We just spent a week there for my birthday and it was so nice. Not only are the rooms really coil but it over looked the sunset over the lake right out front everyday! Pools were great bbqs were great, laundry was great they have 3 pools 4 washers 4 dryers free! The rooms had everything we needed except our clothes and the air conditioning was a blessing thank you for the most wonderful birthday week with my whole family it was a beautiful week we actually had 3 rooms for a week what a blessing thanks Havasu dunes we will see you next year.

Enough can't be said about this place. If you're looking for a quick getaway. This is the best place to choose from. Great room. Mark is amazing with check-in. Very informative about the resort and the amenities. If you drive, there are plenty of places to eat. Close enough to Lake Havasu. There are so many activities for young and old. We are definitely planning on returning to this location.

What a crap company to deal with. We reserved a two bedroom room, 6 months ago. We are arriving with friends tomorrow. They called today and told us they gave our 2 bedroom to someone else. They said we can book a single room and a mini room instead. We are a group of 8 (we booked 3 units between us), and need the larger kitchen to hang out. We come out every year, and every year there is some problem. What a joke. It used to be really good.

Got a call as we came into town, and they gave us a 2 bedroom. Not near the pool as requested 6 months ago, though. Still BS, since they should not have bumped us in the first place.

The entire staff was nice helpful and friendly Very clean property and units although a bit small were well kept and well equipped 3 pools and BBQ area Property overlooks Lake Havasu and has beautiful sunsets over the lake Boater's paradise Casino across the lake via a short ferry ride Visit Oatman, an old mining town and their "Wild" donkeys A little over an hour away Return by way of Arizona's Sidewinder Scenic road with 191 curves It's also part of Historic Route 66 Amazing views ||But it's Hot and very dry We were there mid September with record breaking temperatures over 105 degrees Have to say the extreme heat made being outside rough even at the lake or pool If high temperatures are a concern consider the time of year for your travel

It’s a good location and very clean. Everyone that works there is really nice. We were there, August 2 through the ninth. It was very very hot. The resort is very nice. Everyone that works there he’s very friendly. This was our fourth time there and will go back, but not in August.
