Harvey's was a horrible experience. The worst costumer service I have experienced in Desarc Arkansas. I needed a tow and key programming which went fine, but after the service was paid for, I found damage to the body of my truck which was not there previous to them towing and working on my vehicle. Naturally I called Harvey's to ask them what happened to my truck, and a man claiming to be the owner said he was 100% positive there is no possible way his employees could have done anything wrong. He proceeded to tell me "however, it might be a different story with the tow truck driver". Well, the tow truck driver works for Harvey's! So, I asked the owner for a name , to which he replied "you're not going to get one." I told him I will find out who it is, AND I will find out what happened to my truck, and then he hung up on me. I called back, the secretary answered, I told her what happened, she said "ok, hold on one moment please" . After a few moments of waiting I was hung up on again. I am a single disabled mother of 2 boys, both on the Autism spectrum, and this vehicle that I brought to them as a customer is our daily vehicle. I cannot understand why any business would treat a paying customer like this. What's more is when looking at the damage to the vehicle, you can tell it was loud when it was hit.....basically whoever did it, knows they did it, and doesn't have the integrity to come forward and fix what they did. My boys and I don't deserve this, so I will be going to the Better Business Bureau, and small claims court. As you can see in the first photo there is no damage to the back panel behind the rear wheel, and yes, that is The Harvey's tow truck loading The Expedition. For years my family and I have received excellent service from the Harvey family but this last time, sadly, we can agree that the service we received through Harvey's Garage & wrecker service was anything but excellent. I called to have my truck towed from gillioun road in devalls bluff to their garage in desarc so that I could figure out why the new starter that I had just bought and replaced for it wasn't working therefore causing me to not be able to start my truck up. Almost a week later I called them to check the status of it being that I hadn't heard anything from them. The owner answered the phone and assured me that they would get it in to get it looked at that day! J called back the next day and Was told that it was ready to be picked up. I went to get my truck and my bill ended up being almost $400. I paid it and headed towards my truck which was parked off to the side of the lot alongside several other vehicles i assume we're there mechanical reasons as well.i immediately noticed my truck was sitting weird like the rear end of it looked as if it were going to come completely apart from the cab. I went back inside and addressed if to the owner.obce I had asked Mr Harvey if they happened to have trouble lifting the truck , because that is clearly what had happened to it. He then proceeds to tell me "oh yeah I ment to tell you about that!" HE also told me that I would need to have it looked at by a welder.i left my truck there for one more and called a friend of mine to come take a look. Harvey's Garage & Wrecker service broke my truck frame almost in half lifting the truck in the air to change out my starter. Apparently the truck frame has some rust spots along the frame which mechanics are supposed to inspect all vehicles for prior to putting it onto a lift and raising it into the air. I feel like i got screwed oved this time. I literally just paid $400 for them to NOT TO TELL ME THAT THEY BROKE MY TRUCK! Don Harvey did not inspect the truck before attempting to lift it and had he done so then he would have noticed the rust on the frame and would have known better than to apply the lift in the exacr place the rust was located..
The worst part is mr harvey hadnt planned to tell me that they broke my truck.. a good mschanic or businessman would have never allowed me to leave tĥibking that my truck was fine while they knew that ut in fact wa

I personally have experienced many other garages in the area trying to rip me off because they want to take advantage of college kids who don't know a lot about vehicles and overcharge them.

Not Harvey's though, this place is fantastic because they are honest, quick, friendly, and effecient. 10 out of 10 in my opinion. Couldn't ask for a better garage to go to.
