We had an absolutely incredible experience on our whale watching tour with Captain Dalton, Cory, and Tess. From the moment we stepped on board, the crew made us feel welcome, safe, and excited for the journey ahead.

Captain Dalton was knowledgeable and skilled, navigating the waters with confidence and bringing us right to where the action was. We were lucky enough to see several whales, and it was clear that the team had a deep respect for marine life and the environment.

Cory and Tess were equally amazing — friendly, informative, and passionate about what they do. They shared fascinating facts about the whales and local marine ecosystem, and were always happy to answer questions or help spot wildlife.

Did a private boat with Captain Collin. Such an amazing day out on the water. Started with amazing bus driver, Katie, who shared a bunch of info about Alaska on both drive to and from the harbor. Collin was a great captain, lots of good info to share. Luck was on our side and we had great sightings of wildlife. If you’ve got a group of 6 the private boat is the way to go. Highly recommend.

Took the. VIP Whale Watching and Lighthouse tour today! OUTSTANDING!! We lucked out with a beautiful, sunny day and Captain Ben (who’s adorable by the way), Sam and Morgan were fantastic guides. Saw SO many whales, eagles and sea lions! Highly recommend!

We had an incredible day whale watching with Harv and Marv’s in Juneau! They picked us up right at the dock—our driver Grace was so friendly and welcoming. Our private tour for 8 was not only more affordable than the cruise ship group tour, but also far more personal. Captain Mandy and our guide Tess were fantastic—knowledgeable, fun, and clearly passionate about what they do. They even got us to see some really cute sea lions bobbing and resting on a bouy! Highly recommended!

This was truly the best experience ever! The crew (Ben, Morgan & Sam) was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable—they made the trip even more enjoyable. The boat itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious, which made for a smooth and relaxing ride. We saw some amazing whales, and the whole experience felt magical from start to finish. BEST TOUR EVER!!!!!!!!! 10/10. Took the 12 seater and it was the perfect size!!! Tess and Dan were our peeps and they were great. We saw humpbacks, orcas, sea lions, bald eagles, and harbor seals. Rarity of a day and absolutely amazing!!!!

The whale tour was amazing! The tour company picked us up right outside the RC cruise port and out driver Chris was very informative about the local area in Juneau. On the tour, Dale was amazing with his knowledge of the humpback whales and other wildlife we saw during the tour. I highly recommend Harv and Marv's for your whale watching excursion.

Mandy and Morgan were an amazing naturalist + captain duo!! We booked our family on Kaytos and it was amazing. The boat size was perfect for a party of 9 and had a phenomenal front and rear balcony to see the view and take photos.

Mandy and Morgan's expertise was for sure why we saw at least four whales and super rare, transient orcas! Truly amazing, we were super close (respecting the rules) and captured amazing footage and photos. Cannot recommend them and the overall business!!
