On vacation, had a fabulous time here. Rooms are amazing. Food is good. And Lamar the 24/7 cab service, not affiliated with the Casino I highly recommend. If need. So professional and Kind. See y'all the next time

Bought tickets to a concert with front row seats and once the concert started, everyone from the far back rows blocked our view. What a waste of money! Security just stood there as people kept blocking our view! Never again!

Excellent facility & staff, very helpful , excellent & clean rooms.
Pool bar staff right on top of everything.
Check in & rewards desk very organized & helpful. Excellent garaged parking out of sun.

Lady at Guest Sevices was great. Greated me, very friendly, shared the excitement of it being my B-day. The bartender/server, let's call her 'A', at the Chop, Block & brew was total opposite. Dinner was good but pricey, which is usually made up with ambience & service but not in this case.

Not technically smoke-free. They have a smoking section. But the smoking section gets filtered into the rest of the casino. And now it just feels like you're in downtown Las. Vegas all over again. So if you want to get lung cancer, best place to go.

I love the friendliness of the activities I think that the host do their best to make sure that you feel wanted there. They walk around and say hello to everybody. The food is typically for non vegetarians so I'm not going to comment on that. But people seem to enjoy it. I think they do more than Lone Butte
