I was so impressed with Harmony Haven! The team made everything run so smoothly! Our event had 175 people but things never felt crowded. We enjoyed the outdoor area for the mix and mingle before dinner. When it was time for dinner, the buffet line moved efficiently. And of course the decor is lovely!

I will never forget Harmony Haven! My wedding was on 10/22/2022 and it was an absolute fairytale. Everyone mentioned how seamless it went, and swooned over how beautiful the venue was. It truly was a slice of heaven. Kelly did a wonderful job helping me set everything up. I wouldn’t pass up the opportunity to hire her as the day of coordinator. Her team left me without a worry in the world and communication was top tier. We will never forget you guys! ❤️

I had my wedding last month at Harmony Haven, and it was the best day of my life. The venue is absolutely an all-in-one perfect package when it comes to your ceremony and reception. Kelly was amazing to work with, and she thoroughly explained the whole process to me as I personally did not have a wedding planner. The venue is always communicative and happy to help when you have questions/concerns. The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL! The outdoor gazebo is where I had my ceremony and it was gorgeous at sunset with the outdoor lights, the inside of the venue is even better. Beautiful white washed walls and gorgeous lights, it’s so spacious and I loved how I was able to separate the food area from the dining room. The suites to get ready in were perfect as well, so spacious for me, my bridesmaids, and family. I love the new bar they built outside, it really helped the bartender as they had their own area to work with. I’d recommend this venue to everyone! Not only is it so beautiful and rustic, it’s very affordable as well!

I just had my wedding there, and I loved every minuet! Kelly was so helpful every step of the the way, and then her and her crew were amazing the day of, making sure everything was running smoothly and people were where they were supposed to be, things happened when they were supposed to and that everyone was having a good time. The rooms for getting ready in were spacious, and I loved that they had a room just for the groom and groomsman. They set everything up and it was so beautiful! I was so pleased with how everything looked!! Kelly is amazing, this place is gorgeous, it was well worth it in the end!

Harmony Haven was the perfect event space for our sorority anniversary party! Kelly is WONDERFUL!!!! She is the best party planner and decorator there is!!! Hiring her for the day of the event was worth every penny and she made sure everything went seamless from start to finish!!! The way she decorated using a mixture of her ideas and the sororities, and the attention to detail just made the event!!!

Every event I host will be at Harmony Haven!!!

I hosted my daughter's sweet 16 there and it was magical. Our theme Beauty and the Beast and the venue fit perfectly inside and out. To say that it was the perfect place is an understatement. Mrs. Kelly was the sweetest most kindest and understanding person we've meet. I look forward to hosting another event there and working with her again.

This little jewel in Bartow is an absolute beautiful venue both indoors as well as outdoors!! Could not have been happier with the service received from the owner Kelly who made us feel welcome from day 1. She went out of her way and over the top to help make our daughter’s 18th birthday a very special one!!! Would recommend this beautiful place for any type of celebration!! ‍♀️
