This is another old fire tower that is now used for tourists. It is very similar to the Razorback Tower right up the road.
Harley's Tower also seems to be an old fire tower from back in the day. Now it's considered an observation tower for tourists. It is easy to get to being only feet from US Highway 62, behind the Harley Davidson Dealership.
They only charge $1 per person. You pay at the gate with quarters. The even have a dollar bill change machine, if you need quarters. The instructions are posted and seem easy to follow.
Now the down sides. It's something like 100 foot high. So if you have an issue with hight, you may not like it either climbing the steps and/or up top.
The stairs look steep and there is a lot of them. They do have flights and you could rest in between. But it will be a physical test of fitness. Keep in mind, even if you do make it up without much issue. You may wind up sore within a day or so. All things to keep in mind. But most semi fit people probably would not have an issue.
I personally decided not to go up. I had my personal reasons why. But I felt it better not to go up. Everyone needs to assess their own situation as whether to climb those stairs or not.
If you do climb and not have issues. The reward of grand views will probably bestow you. Which ever you chose, good luck.

For 4 quarters, it's a bargain to climb to the top. Beware of yellow jackets. But worth the climb.

We usually climb the tower every time we are in town. Just wanted to let owner and other visitors know that there is a yellow jacket nest on the stairs we were only able to climb up to the third flight of stairs because they were swarming around. Stinging insects and heights don't mix well lol hope it can get fixed before the next time we come to town!

Beautiful views at sunset! It was hard to get in. It took 2 tries because the first one timed out. Couldn't fit with a bag and water cup and had to try again after handing it to someone else already through the turn thing. But it was worth the extra dollar.

Holy cow. Not the safest feeling. The rails don’t go higher than the waste of my 5’6” wife’s hips. It is one of those things that you realize your kids should be on when you get to the top. Not something we would suggest you do.

This was a pretty cool thing to go up to, it was a bit scary at first but once up there the 360 view was wonderful! You need exact change in quarters it was only $1.00 per person.

The kids enjoyed the experience very much. I was expecting a better view but it was fine anyway. Take quarters with you, you are going to need 4 for each person (or maybe small cash, there is a machine to obtain quarters there but we didn't use it). Warning: once you put your quarters you better hurry to access, we lost our first entry for not being aware of thar

This place was pretty cool. If you don't like heights you're not going to like it obviously. It's a hundred foot tower that was used for research back in the day. It cost a dollar in quarters to get in but be careful when you go through the turnstile because it stops. It's on a timer. My husband and 1 year old got stuck in it when we were trying to go through and it wouldn't go forward anymore. We had to push my baby through the little opening at the top and then my husband had to climb through the opening. I thought we were going to have to call the fire department to get him out for a second but he's is still spry. It was after hours until the Harley store wasn't open. Thankfully the whole crisis was averted and we were able to climb the tower to the top and hang out up there for a few minutes.

The occupancy of the tower is five people at the top. There is a great view though so it is well worth it. It is quite a hike up those stairs though. The boards aren't as bad as the person below describe them. The don't really move at all. They are old and the bad ones have been replaced and will be replaced as they go along. The railings are really Scarry low though. For real.

Definitely worth the stop and climb.
