Can not say enough about HARDTOP HOTEL. I’ve been using these guys for probably over five years now they’ve swapped my top every year. They’ve stored my top on several occasions As well. This year they were able to fix several issues with my top where plastic pieces keep breaking. They were carrying those parts with them. These guys are thinking of it all and I love them For it!

I cannot begin to say enough great things… quick, efficient, courteous, and just plain great. The whole booking process to get the hardtop back on was seamless. Team arrived within appointment window and were in contact morning off- done meaning soft top off, all surrounds, hardtop and freedom panels put back on and pulling away within 10 mins.

Great experience! The guys showed up on time and in less than 20 min my tops were swapped! I really liked the new protective wraps you used on the roll bars to guard against the scratches and dings. Very professional!!!! Added bonus is that I didn't have to store my top in the backyard.

On time service and so fast! My only criticism is that they didn’t close the doors fully and if I hadn’t been home to check may have let me with a dead battery. That being said it’s a jeep you have to slam the doors. Lol.

2023 Service- It’s that time of year !! I went into the HardTop Hotel location in Tewksbury this year rather than a house visit like last year because I had some extra time this week. I could not be happier. We were in and out in about 20-5 minutes. The guys are so friendly and efficient. Wishing everyone many topless days & nights this season!

2022- A fabulous concept paired with excellent customer service. Team of two arrived around 8:15 and had my top installed within 45 minutes. Although I have space, I opted to have them take my top to store at their facility. I wanted to be sure it wasn’t getting in the way in my garage. I would recommend this hastily free service to my fellow Jeep friends. It was AMAZING!!
