The location could not be more beautiful, our room, a king suite with harbor view, was exquisite! The whole stay was absolutely lovely, and Maurice, the gentleman that managed check-in, was a great help. He always knows the best places to dine and shop during the off-season. He also ensured our room was warm and inviting for our after-hours arrival. Janet at the front desk is lovely too, and such a lovely lady! We really loved our stay here!

We stayed here for two days in early April when it was still off-season in Provincetown. The hotel was quite chill since there weren’t many tourists around yet, and understandably, the swimming pool wasn’t open. The room was clean and neat, though the floor tended to get a bit damp due to the humid weather during our visit. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and special thanks to the front desk staff, especially Moris, who was super friendly and gave us a wonderful dining suggestion in Provincetown

I can’t recommend Harbor Hotel Provincetown enough! A bit of a last minute booking unknown, and what a pleasant surprise when we got there. Very smart, modern but comfortable. Crista (Krista?) was absolutely lovely when we checked in, friendly, delightful to chat with, and very helpful with all questions Provincetown. Excellent guest service! As we were staying there on slower nights off-season, the hotel was generous enough to give us an upgrade – very stylish twin bathrooms, one by the spacious bedroom, and the other by the equally spacious lounge w sofa, tv & dinette. Both separated by a sliding door, so it felt more like a well designed apartment than a hotel room. Oh, and then there’s the beach & ocean view (we were on the second floor) filling all of the large windows, and the most beautiful of sunrises! The gentleman who checked us at - terrible at names, sorry - was just as helpful, recommending parking near a great brunch spot Cafe Heaven. We travel often, and staying here was a delight from start to finish - highly recommended!

The hotel exceeded our expectations!! The property has a perfect location right across the street from a beautiful beach. The hotel is so pretty and spotless!! The staff was amazing!! The front desk was so helpful with great recommendations for dinner. The shuttle service is so convenient and Mike the driver was our favorite part!! He was absolutely amazing!! He went above and beyond for us. He was so helpful and friendly!! We enjoyed the ride so much!!

Let's speak to the positives first. Customer service, including Caili, Maurice, and driver Mike, was awesome! All kind and very accommodating. Housekeeper Gabrielle kept our room neat, tidy, and well stocked with clean towels. The view of the bay was spectacular, with easy beach access. The pool was spacious and heated- a must for a fall visit! The firepits were a fun meeting place at night with engaging conversations. And, a favorite of mine- fresh popped popcorn in the lobby daily!
For the negatives, our room had no microwave which forced my husband to go to the lobby for hot water, including for my morning tea, however the lobby did not open until 0800 which resulted in waiting a couple of hours for my morning beverage. Lastly, our room was nicely renovated, however could have used some serious terminal deep cleaning. Ground in dirt is impossible for the housekeeping staff to address. Clean environments are a necessity for any truly satisfied stay!

I would highly recommend the Harbor Hotel, the location is amazing, beautiful beach right across the street. The room were spotless and very nicely decorated. The front desk suggested great dinner options and were so nice!! The shuttle service was so convenient and the shuttle driver Mike was amazing !! Mike went above and beyond to make our ride convenient and totally enjoyable!! He is a definite plus to the shuttle service!!

This was a last minute find. Great staff . At first look it reminded my of a 1980 Daytona spring break hotel. But to my surprise GREAT place. The rooms were great beds and pillows were soft. Yes I would stay here again. One note, better window coverings and seal under door. Otherwise a beautiful property.

The pool had lots of loud music. If you like swimming with loud music, you're great. If not...I found that that made it very hard to relax. The fire pit was nice at night. The front desk people when I checked in (early afternoon), were muted --- I had hoped for a better welcome. The best part was a man named Mike who picked me up from the ferry. He was super nice and helpful in orienting me. I wish that the other people had been as nice as him!
