We are so grateful to have found such an amazing service. Our move from Tucson,AZ to Bismarck, ND was not smooth but the transition of our pets was fast, easy and comfortable for our pups. I loved the thread of text messages between us, the driver and owner. We all knew what was going on every step of the way. Our dogs got to us in two days. We got amazing pictures and updates along their journey. I would recommend them to anyone needing to transport their dogs. They are prompt, professional and the drivers love the dogs and their jobs. Both my dogs gave them a 5 star review and requested them again in the future if we move again.

Happy Tails Travel is an amazing service! We decided to move from New Jersey to Arizona but were unsure how we would get our 90 lb Pit mix there. I started looking up options and came across Happy Tails when I saw their glowing reviews I figured I’d reach out and I’m so glad I did. I was super stressed about having my guy driven across the country without us but from the first text chat I started feeling like this could work. Then I spoke to Kim, who was awesome and Robert, our driver who totally put me at ease. He had personal experience with a big strong dog and I knew he was the right guy for Ozzie. Pick up went smoothly, we had a group chat with pictures and updates the whole way. An absolutely amazing experience that turned out to be completely stress free. Thank you Robert and Kim!

My husband and I used Happy Tails Travel for ground transport from AZ to NY. I have 1 cat (3yr) and 2 puppies (11m and 5m). They’re good dogs but they can be quite a handful!

Things got delayed with our move to the new house and there was a lot of uncertainty surrounding the pick-up date. Samantha, our pet travel specialist, was so understanding with everything that had been going on. She was always very friendly, professional, and communicative.

The animals needed to be boarded upon arriving in NY as well, and Samantha found the perfect kennel for them and arranged the boarding reservation for me. Thankfully, the tentative date we gave was still available and she went ahead and worked her magic.

John and Keely were our assigned drivers and they were fantastic. My biggest worry with the transport was that my 5m old puppy did not like to potty on walks and was only comfy going in my backyard. John put my worries at ease and my pup gave them no issues at all! They sent many updates in a group chat, and I loved seeing all the pictures and videos of how the animals are doing. They also happily and promptly answered any questions I had about my pets. Without a doubt, my babies were so loved and well cared for ?

We are extremely satisfied with the experience and definitely recommend Happy Tails Travel to anyone that needs their pet(s) transported. We will definitely be using them if we ever have to move cross country again!

I was a complete wreck over moving my 2 “country” dogs from their big property in Napa, CA to an apartment in New York City. How they would get there was my biggest worry. My hound mix, Eloise is very leash-reactive with a lot of anxiety and her mini goldendoodle brother, Kevin has terrible separation anxiety. After speaking with our vet, we decided Eloise couldn’t handle the chaos and noise of air travel, so I started looking for ground transportation. Every company I checked had multiple animals in crates all traveling together... until I found Happy Tails Travel. My dogs could drive across the country with a kind and professional driver who loves dogs!

I couldn’t have been happier with Lizzie’s understanding and compassion in finding a driver familiar with anxiety, not to mention her kindness to this dog mama’s anxiety! Our driver, Robert was amazing. He sent videos and pictures and texts multiple times a day. He answered my questions about their medication and if they were eating and I knew they were in good hands the entire drive. They arrived in New York happy and healthy and are now settling into their new city life.

From the very beginning, Lizzie was professional, with clear communication and instructions on everything.
