We called Jen with an huge ask: create a family vacation for 5 adults in 3 countries over 3 weeks, and find ways to make sure that introverts and extroverts have fun, plus a mix of the tourist things we wanted and mostly "off the beaten path" experiences - PLUS no hotels, only Airbnb & VRBO with rooms for everyone and two bathrooms. Jen took detailed notes, met with us several times virtually and in person, and was not only a consummate professional but was just as excited about our trip as we were! When we had issues with our flights due to the airline, Jen was on the phone with us and Delta doing everything she could to help. She was available and accessible throughout the trip, even given the time changes. She arranged for treats to be delivered to our first stop in Dublin, that were delicious and thoughtful. This was the trip of a lifetime for us, and everything was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. There was not one tour or experience that was disappointing (except for Delta Airlines but that's entirely out of her control and she spent hours trying to help us). If you are looking for someone to help you plan a small trip or a huge vacation, look no further!
Jen truly cares about ensuring your trip is everything you want and need it to be. I will never use another travel agent, in fact she's already helping us with Disneyland later this year! A million thank yous Jen!!

Jen was amazing from the beginning. She took the time to sit down with us and see what we were looking for in a baby moon, and took that information to help us find the perfect location. We decided on the Hilton in Waikoloa, Hawaii. It had everything we were looking for.
She set us up with everything from our resort reservation, to dinner reservations, flights with upgraded seating, and things to do during our stay.
This is our first child and we didn't really know what to expect for our baby moon, but this trip ended up being everything we wanted and more!
She used both her personal and professional experience to make this an easy and seamless experience. I would definitely book her services again, and recommend her to all of my friends and family.
