Hiring Hannah and her AMAZING team was hands down the best decision I made as a bride! From Day 1, Hannah was caring, responsive, personable and VERY organized!
She was an invaluable resource to me and my fiancé throughout the entire planning process.
But, the month leading up to the Big Day, I TRULY don't know what I would have done without her.
She communicated exceptionally well with all my vendors and created/distributed a timeline that made the Day Of flow seamlessly! She sent me reminders, kept me on task, alleviated my stress, all while helping me remember the reason we were doing this in the first place {bc two people fell in love}!
Hannah was my ROCK the entire wedding day. In the midst of so many emotions and people, whenever I would see her, I felt a sense of ease. Because she truly had EVERYTHING under control.
Hannah and her team provided constant support and direction. They guided the bridal party and me whenever we needed it (and we needed a lot!) and lovingly advised me when I just couldn't bear to make another decision.
There was absolutely nothing that they weren't willing to do; they made sure I didn't get wet when the skies opened up as soon as we got to the church and even bustled my wedding gown at the reception! I can't say enough good things about this company!
Hannah is extraordinary at what she does.
Everyone deserves to have the magical day that I did, and it absolutely wouldn't have been possible had it not been for her. I wish I could scream from the rooftops how grateful I am.
So, do yourself a favor and call them….
They are as good as it gets!!

I cannot recommend Hannah Elizabeth Events enough. Truly. If you want a wonderful magical wedding- Hannah is your gal. Not only was Hannah super organized and really helped us stay on track for our wedding- she genuinely cared about us as a couple and our vision for our wedding. She is super kind and easy to talk to. She found us FANTASTIC vendors that we would never have found on our own. Hannah answered every question we had and shared so many great resources. Hannah is someone you want on your side during a time that could be potentially really stressful, with her- my now husband and I can honestly say we felt little to no stress during our wedding planning and only excitement 🙂 our day was perfect and we couldn’t be more thankful that we got to hire Hannah as our planner . <3

If you are reading this trying to decide if you should hire Hannah- I am telling you, YOU ABSOLUTELY SHOULD! We hired Hannah for the "Month of, Day of" but had I known about her sooner I would have hired her to support from start to finish. You cannot put a price on the kind of support Hannah provides and the peace of mind is priceless. Hannah is such a calm grounding presence while also being so incredibly professional and detail oriented. She executed every aspect of our vision perfectly and exceeded our expectations. Hannah and her team integrated flawlessly with the venue staff and created an incredible experience for us and our guests. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Hannah!

If there's anything you do in wedding planning - it's hiring Hannah Elizabeth Events!!!!!! Hannah and her team were nothing but amazing on our wedding day. We had Hannah be our wedding coordinator as I was able to do most of the planning but still wanted a professional's opinion and help on the day itself. They were nothing but incredible and made the months leading up to the wedding less stressful and the wedding day go on without any major hiccups. Even though Hannah was just the wedding coordinator for the day, she had been immensely helpful in answering questions about vendors in the area and her opinion on certain parts of the wedding day. Even with a few delays in our timeline in the beginning part of the day prior to the ceremony, she and her team were able to still help make the day flow smoothly and without a hitch! She often came up to me during the wedding day for updates and checking in on both my husband and I. If there is one thing that would help your wedding day go by smoothly - it's hiring Hannah and her team! They were such an integral part in having our day go by smoothly!!!

I was married this past May, so this is a long overdue review of Hannah and her team at Hannah Elizabeth Events. Hannah deserves so much credit for an incredibly smooth and perfect day!

Prior to booking Hannah as a day-of-coordinator, I went back and forth on the need for a coordinator. I read reviews of couples saying things like: it isn’t worth it, especially if the venue provides one, etc. First, I just need to point out that a day-of-coordinator can be a thankless position that would seem unnecessary when the job is done well. It seems that when everything goes as planned, brides/couples can tend to think they could’ve done it themselves, which couldn’t be further from the truth. You absolutely need a qualified and quality planner/coordinator and you NEED Hannah! Everything on my day was so perfect, better than I imagined, to the point that I actually had time to sit and relax with a glass of champagne while everyone was scrambling to change the ceremony to indoors during rain and I didn’t stress for one second that everything was going as planned.

I am a very detail-oriented person that tends to get stressed/overwhelmed easily because I always want everything to be perfect. I hired Hannah based off a recommendation and her portfolio had some beautiful work. Hannah was immediately responsive to my inquiry and we had a great chat. She was so friendly, easy to get along with, and a true professional.

Hannah was SO helpful every step of the way… way beyond the role for day-of-coordination. I could go on forever with all the ways she went above and beyond to help. She helped me put together the colorful spring wedding of my dreams! My work schedule was extremely busy leading up to my wedding and she kept me on pace (even when I’m sure she had to be frustrated by my lack of/slow responses). She reassured me that she would handle it when some things went sideways. She went out of her way to make sure I was able to secure my first look spot after the “coordinator” from my venue told me I couldn’t book it. She confirmed with all my vendors and communicated with them without overwhelming me. She helped me find a (very)last minute furniture rental for a lounge area in my reception. On the day of my wedding, she coordinated the many vendors I booked: espresso and gelato bar, photobooth, furniture and game rentals, florist, photographer, videographer, 9 piece band, and executed all my decor items. The dreaded rain started on my outdoor ceremony just moments before start. She remained in communication with me about the ceremony set up and rearranged everything for me. I literally went to the bridal suite to relax and she handled it ALL. I’m soooo thankful for Hannah. She is a quality vendor that is absolutely worth the investment.

Lastly, although Hannah was absolutely amazing as a day-of-coordinator… I do wish I had booked her for full planning services. The difference would have been that she was in communication with my vendors and the design plan from the very start and I could’ve been sipping champagne through the whole process!

It’s so important to hire vendors you trust for your day and give them the freedom to do what they do best. I highly recommend Hannah and could (clearly)gush about her all day! If you have any questions at all or need more information PLEASE don’t hesitate to shoot me an email!

Hannah was absolutely amazing!! I couldn’t have done it without her. She was on top of everything, kept me organized, suggested things I wouldn’t have ever thought of and was a third party sounding board for decisions when my now husband and I couldn’t decide on or had different opinions on certain things. We had the pleasure of working with Hannah on a styled shoot. We provided some of our rentals including table top items, a table and chairs, and a bar cart. She was very responsive with her emails and made everything come together so nicely. We would highly recommend!
