The location is very convenient and appeared safe. The front desk staff are really friendly. When I checked out, l forgot my charger. They have found it based on my call and kept it at reception. I was able to collect it after my business meeting on the way to Airport. The staff gave a pleasant experience in the process.

I am extremely pleased with Amber who was prompt in getting my charger and the other gentleman who was there at the front desk when I came to collect the charger.

Positive: The location was great, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. Air temperature was perfect. Liked that there was a microwave and fridge. Negative: We stayed Thursday-Sunday. We were never visited by housekeeping. Our trashcans were overflowing, we ran out of toilet paper & towels. The bed was not comfortable. There was a significant dip in the middle of the bed. Curtain did not open.

Hotel Fine - Staff and Charges Bad|We’ve stayed in this hotel many times, but recently will be our last stay . The woman who is the desk clerk at night is not the most friendly person in the world. You have to literally request information to get it. A little Customer Service training is definitely call for here. We have taken our dog on many trips to many different Hilton properties. This is the very first one where we were charged $75 a night. That’s almost enough to actually get our dog his own room. We consider this an exorbitant charge and will no longer be using this hotel for traveling.

Breakfast is way below standards
I never got hot coffee in 2 night stay
Server lady did not serve fresh coffee.
Bathroom body lotion was out and requested for refill but they could not refill in 24 hours

Positive: Hotel employee at the front desk, during check in and the Lady at check in were both very helpful. Hotel is conveniently located and quiet even with conferences. Well built unlike some of the newer ones with paper thin walls. Negative: ""

I paid "extra" for a nicer than usual (for us) hotel so we'd have a pool for the kids to enjoy while en route to a funeral. The indoor pool was open, however it was too cold for comfort and there was trash on the floor in the pool area.

Ultimately, we went to all of the floors' "vending" areas and did not find a single vending machine. No bottled water, no drinks, no snacks. We ended up ordering DoorDash for food and snacks because there was nothing to be found in the hotel.

So, I ended up paying for a higher price hotel AND having to pay extra for snacks to be delivered. Definitely wasted my money here.

There was a breakfast served in the morning and it looked excellent, however we were in a hurry to hit the road, so we didn't stay to enjoy it. We only ever saw one staff at checkin and one at checkout. Never saw any other employees. Both were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect in every way. But the best is the service: the front staff, the maintenance, the breakfast crew, and management (Amber!) all SO excellent!

Oh I wish I wouldn't post this because that means more folks will come here. But I have to be honest. This place is outstanding in every way. I'm looking forward to coming back.

As a Hilton Honors Diamond member who has spent thousands of dollars at Hilton properties every year for years, I am appalled that on November 11, 2024 around 7pm, I did not receive the high quality service and human decency I have come to expect from Hilton properties. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and it seemed clear that the personal (and loud) phone call she was on was more important than being professional. I would not recommend that anyone stay at this location. The reviews are not an exaggeration!
