I stayed at the Hilton Inn in Greenfield, MA, back in December for a work trip, and overall, it was a decent experience. The hallway leading to my room had a noticeable musty smell, but thankfully, my room was perfectly fine—spacious and well-equipped. It included two beds, a desk, a reading chair, a coffee station, a TV, a closet, a fridge, and a bathroom with a vanity and shower, all of which made my stay comfortable.

One of my favorite features was the 24/7 coffee and tea station! As someone who loves tea before bed, this was such a thoughtful touch. The gym was another highlight—it had everything I needed to get a solid workout in during my trip.

The location was also super convenient with a grocery store right across the street, which came in handy. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, though I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast—it could definitely use some improvement.

Despite the minor setbacks, the overall stay was comfortable, and I’d consider staying here again for the convenience and amenities.

Our family of three had a lovely stay at this property over a long holiday weekend. Upon arrival, we found that there was a mix up with our room and we were not able to check into the room where we were originally assigned. Due to the holiday weekend and the renovation work, there were not many options available. Stevie, at the front desk, was absolutely terrific and helped to straighten everything out. He allowed us to store our items and get on with our day without delay. He called us as soon as our room was available and helped us to move our belongings into our room. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and that our stay would be a positive experience. Bravo Stevie!

I recently spent a week here for work and this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I had a terrible cold when I first arrived and wasnt feeling up to eating out much. This hotel provides a hot nutritious breakfast every day, warm snacks and fruit are out at night and you can always grab a coffee or tea, which was another life saver for me. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Its as close to feeling at home as you can get while traveling. I look forward to staying here again.

This HAMPTON INN is very dated. The rooms were old, and felt dark and a bit dank - and the pool was not working at this time. The elevators were also not working properly. The food quality was not up to the usual level of HAMPTON INN breakfast standards and was pretty poor. Front desk staff were kind and helpful.

Positive: The breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were clean and service was quick from the front desk Negative: one of the blankets had a weird smell. We ended up having two beds in our room so we slept in the other one, but that is the only very minor complaint, would stay again

Positive: Very well managed. Great location. Near Berkshire East Ski resort and situate at a historic town of Greenfield. The hotel offered hot soup in the evening for free. It is so nice for the skiers who came back from a tiring ski trip. Negative: Nothing

The hotel is undergoing renovations which are badly needed. Rooms are outdated with stains and rust in bathrooms. Should look very nice upon completion. No luggage carts were available as the renovation team was using them. Breakfast area dirty tables and food not restocked. Found the attendant that there was no coffee cups. She was busy talking on her phone.

Stayed one night in a king suite. Was put on the top floor at first but the HVAC system was so loud we moved to the 3rd floor. Bed was very comfortable (soft). Breakfast had a couple different items (bagel toppers) Apple cinnamon waffle mix. I was disappointed that the hand sanitizer was empty in the breakfast area. I also cleaned our table as one worker was busy emptying the trash and the other one was busy on her phone in the kitchen 🙄. Also the one set of curtains needed to be shut because you were blinded by the sun when walking into the room.
