Great stay at the Hampton Inn by Hilton in Chino Hills, CA. Great location to all shopping and dining. Easy access to freeway.

Rooms were well kept and the staff at the front desk was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was good and always a plus!
We greatly appreciate this brand allows pets to stay (per policy guidelines).

During the tragic, historic fire happening during our stay in CA, pet owners had a safe haven to stay at the Hampton Inn.

Staff and location have been great. There is a Taiwanese breakfast place just across from the parking lot

I'm just so but SO annoyed that most of the double plugs in the room have only one plug working. Had wanted to work out in an hour and found out that my phone was not charging (after trying 3 different plugs!)--I don't get it, why have the double plug if one is not connected!!!! I don't want to be unfair so giving the room a 4/5 but I'm really annoyed

Family lives in Chino and Eastvale..with a Reunion almost being held every year...After my brother's stay here last December for 6 days..We decided this time to book 6 room for Christmas. Family from all over came and chose this hotel for proximity and great Service. True enough everyone agreed . Special mention to Lizbeth the Front Desk person who was very nice in accommodating our request...same floor. We know it's a busy season but for her to assign room close to each other is worth the request. They have free breakfast too. Since i'm full from the after Christmas dinner wasn't able to try their breakfast. All the employees we saw was very courteous to great us. One of the few Hilton Hotel where i experience Great Customer Service.. To Lizbeth...Mahalo for the smile and accommodating my Family

Friendly front desk staff, hotel starting to show its age, breakfast more limited than other Hamptons. Water was provided at the front desk. Located in a mall, Asian mall across the street, Costco up the street. Easy freeway access but do not get a room facing freeway as it is noisy.

Their registration staff is welcoming. The room is clean. The location is near a major highway so it is convenient. Many amenities around the hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean. But whoever assembled the furniture didn't do a quality job or the furniture was cheaply made. Everything rattled and creaked!

I adore that place solely because of the staff. They are incredibly polite and helpful, always wearing a smile that never fades. While the place itself isn't the best, the warm and homely feeling they create makes it special.
