I can't speak to the quality of this hotel because I did not end up staying there due to the fact that it was truly impossible to get in touch with anyone. I wanted to book a meeting room and room block, but had to give up after calling nearly 20 times over the course of two weeks. I tried every extension, I even dug up an email and no one answered that either.

The Hampton Inn itself is a little on the run down side. The bathroom was peeling and mold was growing. The carpets held stains in them and while it is pet friendly and some stains are to be expected there was an awful lot. There were no cameras in the stairwell for safety. The lobby smelt strongly of cigarette smoke at times as well. However , on the flip side the staff was absolutely incredible!! They were nice and attentive and genuinely seemed to care about us and our stay. These workers were some of the best I have ever encountered and definitely made the hotel worth coming back too.

I don't typically write reviews, especially ones that aren't great, but since I didn't even get a phone call back .... For a stay on July 21, 2023, I asked for, and prepaid for (non refundable), a room with two queen beds. We showed up late after a concert in the rain, to a room with one king size bed .... for three adults. I had to go downstairs to try to fix this, but was told they were sold out, so they gave us a "suite" ... how nice. Not. I didn't need a kitchenette and a desk, just two beds and a shower. So they said to use the pull out sofa and that bedding was in the closet. Went back up. No linens in the closet, so back down I go at 1:30am. I get the linens, figure out how the sofa bed unfolds, go to make the bed .... two fitted sheets. I give up at this point, being so tired. Finally get to sleep and the next morning, we go to breakfast later than we normally would at 9:50 to find that "oh sorry, breakfast is over." Of course it is! Had to go buy breakfast elsewhere. I asked for a manager (not to get a refund or anything - I am not that person) to simply express my disappointment as I have never had a problem using hotels.com, but since I "booked with a third party, my room type was not guaranteed," and I didn't think this was a very good practice. Anyways, they took my name and number and I waited over a week for a phone call. Nothing. I will not stay again. And the room was not great either. I paid over $310 for one night. And you can view the pics here for your self. Room 331. Clean bathroom? Not really. A little bleach would take care of the pink mold!

Disappointed. Will not be back and do not recommend. We had a late check in and were looking for food. You would think the front desk staff would inform their guests who are asking about food that the bar next door serves a late night menu until 1am. But no.
The bed was also hard and uncomfortable with tiny pillows that seem to be smaller than your standard size pillow. The bedsheets didnt even fit the bed properly; theyre too small for the mattress size. The free breakfast is really horrible. There is variety but it was all bad. The killer was that google and priceline show that this hotel has a pool which i wanted. But apparently the hotel hasnt had a pool since precovid. The hotel isnt worth the price even with the discount from priceline. Only gave it 2 stars because it was clean and close to where i needed to be.

All your rooms smell due to the HVAC system you use. It shuts off when room unoccupied. Takes too long to cool down. It shuts off in the middle of the night - making for hot uncomfortable sleep. We’re relocated to another rm - but same issues. Staff claimed it a new automated system. Stayed for 5 nights and had asked for room to be mid stay. Like new towels! Not done until the last night.. need a room done to last minute travel. Very unhappy with the Hilton brand - have been using Bonvoy with better service.

Everything about this hotel is terrible. I am a diamond member through Hilton and this was easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The air turns off after 10 minutes of no activity so after a long hot day you get back and it takes an hour to cool off. Secondly the pillows on our bed were a square. Called down to get different pillows and the gentleman at the desk said I’d have to call back in the morning to get different pillows. Thick rubber mattress protector that squeaked with every toss and turn on the rock like mattress. The door lock was about falling off the wall, it was dirty with old rose petals and stuff on the ground. Can also hear all movement from the room above you so we got no sleep. Planned on staying two nights but had to switch hotels. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Hotel and room were very nice and we enjoyed our stay, but be cautious of when u book. When I booked I asked if the pool was open and they said yes however when we arrived they said the pool was closed for the week. This would have been a deal breaker for us w kids and I would have booked elsewhere if they had been honest. There was a soccer tournament in the area and many kids staying at the hotel who they clearly didn’t want using the pool. If u pay for amenities and are told they r in operation it is shady business to not offer them. Aside from this it was a great stay and the daily breakfast was quite nice.

**ADA violation**||I stayed at this hotel recently (Nov. 11-Nov. 12). The people I was with were my 2 children, my adult friend and her 3 children one of which is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum DIsorder. Over the course of our night we got 2 noise complaint phone calls from the front desk manager because the people downstairs were complaining of foot steps. Both calls came before quiet hours began. The footsteps heard were those of the child with ASD because one of the ways her disorder manifests is through pacing (these behaviors are called "stimming". She weighs all of 55 pounds. When we explained this to the front desk manager she showed no understanding and restated that if there was one more complaint on us we may be asked to leave the hotel. ||||We explained that asking a person with ASD to stop "stimming" leads them to feel stress and possible dysregulation. The front desk manager disregarded what we said and again doubled down on the threat to ask us to leave with one more phone call. ||||We explained that this was an ADA violation and she continued to regard what we were saying. She never once came up to check on the validity of the noise complaint and she did not talk through other options for our stay (moving our room to the 1st floor, moving the downstairs guests, etc.) She stuck to the threat of kicking us out of the hotel with another complaint.||||The rest of our night stay was miserable. ||I sent an email to the hotel manager when we got home....a week ago...and I have gotten no response. I tried talking to them through their website chat and no one is willing to have a conversation about this.||||This is whole situation is very concerning. This hotel has not become inaccessible to us. This hotel and the people that run it are violating ADA and not trying to make things right. Terrible experience.
