Breakfast was subpar. Cold and undercooked or overcooked. Milk was empty; they didn't refill. Biscuits cold, no gravy, everything was powdered or microwaved. The rooms were not properly cleaned. Found black hairs all over white sheets on beds. Tile under toilet seat was cracked and missing. Rude front desk receptionist. No customer service, charisma or personality for a front desk persona. Housekeeping was rude and banged on room door. Startled my dog. Wifi at this property was pitiful. Too bad this place is allowed to charge high rates and pet fees because they are in a limited market with few competitors. Would not stay here by choice. Not up to Hampton standards at all.

Arrived after traveling and a 10 hour work day tired and ready for bed. Stood at the empty front desk for 15 minutes yelling hello. Called the number repeatedly just to see it ringing unattended in front of me. Someone finally showed up and I was more than annoyed having to wait with all my things, I was about to leave and check in elsewhere at that point but I was very tired. I was given a room on the first floor right by an exit. Room smelled like cigarette smoke (booked non smoking). Stains on towels, didn’t smell fresh, smelled of cigarette. Walls peeling, hair in shower, dirty curtains. I disinfected everything for my peace of mind. Bed smelled of smoke. I didn’t have the energy to fight with the front desk again for a new room. But I do feel like I was intentionally placed in that room for inconvenience. Then was woken by the slamming of the exit door at 6 am. Couldn’t go back to sleep with that door slamming every 15 minutes. Horrible stay, never again. Unfortunate that I am a Hilton honors member for this kind of service

This place is really dirty and neglected. Don't let the lobby fool you. The laundry room was wrecked. I didn't get any room service. Towels and garbage right by the door where I left it. Shelves empty where towels should be. The rooms wall edges look like they haven't been vacuumed in a year. For what they charge it's a disgrace. The breakfast isn't too great either. I have to stick with cold cereal and toast. Weak coffee. Beds are not good. A real disappointment. Shocking that this is a Hampton Inn.

Roach in bathroom, sewer odor in hotel room, hard bed, $50 nonrefundable pet fee, good biscuit and oatmeal for breakfast. Did let me check out one hour late, but needed 2 hours to attend sister's rosary. 😞

My stay here was started off fantasic. Taylor helped us at the front desk and was very helpful and vivacious. I asked for a bowl, and she gave me plates, a bowl, and some plastic ware. The beds were comfortable, and the TV showed Rick and Morty, which was fantastic. Enjoyed a BT with the boys.

As someone who travels a bunch, has ambassador status (with Marriott lol) I was a bit unsure from some of these reviews but I overall had a great stay with my family. The service from the front desk and hotel staff was excellent. I do agree with some of the reviews that the rooms need to eventually renovate but the rooms themselves were clean and I had no issues. Would stay again.
