They were open, and I got service and answers to most of my question. Yet I still have yet to have some issues resolved with Gulf winds federal credit union.. I'm assuming I will have to go to the main branch in Pensacola

I love the people and banking experience inside BUT . They're really out of date on banking. No ATM cash deposits and no touch pay on debit cards...it's just a really out dated way to bank these days. I hope they catch up with the times soon

I was just there this past week with questions about refinancing my car. I originally went in to deposit a check and ask just 2 questions about refinancing, but the gentleman there encouraged me to talk to Summer, one of their advisors. He checked me in, and before I had time to sit down, my name was called. I told Summer I just had a couple questions for her because I have never refinanced a car... This is my first time figuring out how to be an adult. She was BEYOND helpful!!! She was so quick and efficient, not only did she answer my questions, she managed to refinance me with a significantly lower interest, a lower car payment, AND she put an extra $500 in my pocket from doing it!! In the process I was approved for a credit card with the best possible apr and benefits!! I went from being nervous and unsure if this was a good idea, to feeling ecstatic that I did. I am so happy with Summer!! Definitely deserves some kind of bonus or raise for sure!! 🥰

Side note: I have banked with 6 other banks before and I would say Gulf Winds is your best bet hands down. I have been to a couple different branches, and the 4 I have been to have been super helpful!! They also have a lot of benefits and rewards when you bank with them as well!!

I applied for a personal loan and was approved…after several emails and texts wanting information, I got Leary, I don’t like putting my personal information out there for anyone to see, especially my social security number…I called the bank over 3 hours ago and have not heard back…now I’m really nervous about “where” my info went…no way to do business!!! What ever happened to applying for a loan while sitting across a desk from your banker…I was already approved by my bank but was trying to get a lower interest rate…shame on me!!!

Don't pay bank fees use a Credit Union instead!

I have to fly to visit but then when I am there it feels like home.

Summer helped me get approved for a car. Our car broke down and we desperately needed something new. Summer called me around 10:00AM and by Noon, I was approved. I was able to pick up the check and head straight to the dealership. This was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever done.
