We stayed at the Breakers West (C3) property on Sanibel Island, FL for a week. The unit was wonderful! We did have a broken coffee pot upon arrival. Dan from Gulf Coast ordered us a new coffee maker and was on our door step the next day. Great property and great service. Thank you!

My credit card did not go through on the first time they tried to collect for balance. I did not receive phone call or email about it. After three weeks of the payment not showing up on card statement, I called rental office. Marge was able to run card again and reservation payment was completed.
