Wonderful experience!! Gulf Coast provided rentals for my wedding on April 29th and I could not have been more pleased with the turn out. So great to work with throughout the process. They set up a consult with me in person and even continued to send photos of different linens and chair choices while I was planning my wedding all the way from Tennessee. For my wedding, we had contracted pelican Pete for chairs. When we arrived for our ceremony, it was 15 minutes until time for my wedding, and there were no chairs to be found. Some workers for Gulf Coast Events were nearby and not only let us use their chairs free of charge due to the mess, but also set them up for us. They truly saved the day! So grateful for their help in making our wedding a great day.

GCER provided the set up for our Orange Beach wedding reception and it could not have been better. Outstanding experience beginning with the planning phase in the early spring working with Stephanie. Set up was right on schedule and very professional and turned out even better than we had imagined. Set up leader offered a couple of suggestions on arrangement of the bar tent and guest tables that considerably improved our original plan. These folks know how to do this. Our wedding planner “All the Details” highly recommended we use GCER and now we know why.

They were able to provide excellent service for my brother and sister in law's wedding. The event itself was spectacular because of their vision and ability to work around any constraints. The linens, chairs, and gold chargers made the wedding feel so elegant and the tent and lighting put it over the top. They are easy to work with, kind, and they will absolutely come through for you on your big day. We had so many minor things happen unexpectantly at the end (at no fault to gulf coast rentals), but they rolled with it like professionals and pulled off a day to never forget. You will not regret your decision to rent from them!

Gulf Coast did a great job of helping us host a baby shower for our family and friends. They were easy to contact and quick to respond, communication helped me know when the tables and chairs would be dropped off. When planning an event I would suggest using them.
