We had a solid night’s stay at this property. As others have noted, it’s an older property, but it felt (and looked) loved and well maintained. ||Our room was on the small side, but it was clean and cozy. One downside was that outlets were hard to come by, but that felt like a small thing. ||The property felt cozy. The staff at check in and check out were friendly and efficient. There was no coffee maker in the room, but they had coffee in the small lobby. ||The pool looked nice and clean, but unfortunately we did not have time to swim. ||I’d recommend staying here if you’re visiting Cape Cod.

My husband and I stayed the weekend Friday -Sunday to visit friends on the Cape. We had zero issues with our stay and enjoyed the convenient location. Our room was clean and seemed to be updated. The pillows were not great but I've never found any hotel pillow that I like and usually bring my own (forgot this time). I found the bed to be comfortable, my husband said it was a bit lumpy for him. Overall, we would stay here again for any short trips.

Stayed Friday - Sunday.
Room 7 under the stairs walked in first thing there was hair in our fridge , hair in the shower along with mold. We had 2 fridges non were super cold we had to buy spray to clean them out ourself.
Our bed had a couple blood stains , room smelled like urine , walls were like disgusting . Parking was such a tight space . Pool was nice and area was nice walking distance to a couple places

Service and location are great. David was kind and picked up his cell-phone when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room. The room itself was overall clean and had the basic necessities.

I appreciated the daily take-out of garbage. Little bit of mold in a corner of the bathroom (but not directly in the shower). We weren’t really bothered by it.

Past reviews say there is a smell but this is easily resolved with the functional AC they have.

I have only stayed in the Studio over the last several years while staying here, and have always had a good experience. The room is on the second floor, above the office, so I can't speak to any noise problems like some reviewers mentioned. The room also has hardwood floors versus carpet, so never had an issue with mold/must either. I can agree the towels could be better, but most motels on Cape and in general share this.
The Studio room has a full kitchen (oven, stove, fridge) so if you're looking to cook/save money while on vacation and want a less expensive place to stay while still in a good location this is it. The parking lot can be a bit tight, but Summer on Cape is packed most places.

My family stayed here after having to cancel a planned vacation in Falmouth. We were very late in making a reservation and we were very happy to find a place so late. Like many of the places on Cape Cod, this is a clean, but "dated" motel and is very much no-frills. The bathroom is very small so privacy is difficult. In this time of electronics, there are very few outlets and only one USB port on the clock radio. There is a fridge, but not a microwave. Ice is located ONLY in the main office. ||The pool is clean and there are plenty of chairs to use. Unfortunately, during our time there was a "family" that was constantly drinking or smoking pot, using very vulgar language and they monopolized the pool area.||Positive: it is located very close to Sundancers and not too far from the center of Dennis. South Yarmouth, places to eat and beaches are within 30 minutes. If you go to Mayflower Beach on a weekend be sure to get there early!

My wife and I stayed for three nights while visiting Cap Cod. Check in was speedy and simple, the desk clerk was friendly and efficient. While the rooms are a little basic (no tea coffee in room, but they do have them at reception), the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It’s conveniently located and within walking distance to restaurants. Guestlodge offers great value for your money, where it’s hard to find reasonably priced accommodation. I’d happily stay there in the future.

I liked this place and would return. The only thing I didn't like was no coffee maker in the room (you have to go to the front office and the quality of the coffee is weak/poor, and the fact that they offer danish on the weekends but not the weekdays. I thought that was cheap in that these are the types of danish one purchases in a convenience store and probably cost them $ .25 - .50 each. In my opinion, either don't offer them at all or offer them every day. The room was clean and the staff was fine.
