I had a fantastic experience with Groom Transportation today! The ride was smooth, comfortable, and right on time. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained, making for a pleasant journey. The driver was professional, nice and kind and ensured a safe and efficient trip. I truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be using Groom Transportation again in the future. I needed to get from the airport to Chattanooga and I was told through a very nice airport worker about their services. So I downloaded the app scheduled a very reasonably priced ride and I even was able to catch a ride an hour before my scheduled time. Fast easy to follow and very friendly driver. I recommend this transportation service to anyone who needs a ride.

I use Groome often. I've been to many different offices. I like the flexible rescheduling that it offers. Today, I was in Dalton GA waiting for my shuttle. I arrived over an hour early. I saw an early shuttle. I asked if he had any empty seats. He said, "Yes" but he wouldn't allow me to board. Usually, if there's an empty seat I can board if I'm early. Same thing if I'm late. So, I waited another hour for the next shuttle. It wasn't a big deal but it wasn't good customer service.

Groome Transportation is the Best. I fly into Nashville, TN from Utah. I then need transportation to Chattanooga, TN. Many years I have used Groome and not once have there been any issues. Simple process to schedule, always on time for my flight. Comfortable, clean ride, which is very important to me as I have health issues and chemical sensitivity to environmental smells. Never had an issue. It is quite as the drivers maintain the level of disruptions. You can use your cell phone to make calls for a few minutes at beginning of trip and arrival, otherwise, texting or another non-disturbing communication to ensure no disturbance during trip. Gives great opportunity for a quick nap or reading. Excellent public transportation choice. The large capacity seating vans, maybe up to 10ish people. They load and unload luggage for you in undercarriage luggage storage and have extended height. Seats are very comfortable. Consistent, safe rides. My go to!😁🤩

I called today bc my flight was delayed by 40mins. I landed at 5:10 for a 5:30 pickup , no baggage claim so I was making great time by 5:34 he already pulled off. I called just to verify and the woman who answered the phone was SO RUDE she was aggravated the whole time and said “well his other 3 passengers checked in so…” just very snarky and snappy and when I asked her did I have to pay she said No you’ve been moved to 7 and hung up in my face. I never yelled or took an angry tone with her. I called in a panic bc I really couldn’t afford to miss that shuttle due to a tailbone injury that doesn’t allow me to sit for long periods of time without Cushion. Now I have to sit in pain or stand for 2 hours until a new shuttle comes. Not being able to wait 5 mins is inconvenient enough but to have a customer service rep talk to you like it’s your fault they have that job and to hang up in your face is disgraceful and disrespectful

Update the teams response it so dismissive. Homegirl needed to be fired. She was nasty from the minute I called. Before she even knew my issue.

Overall, Groome Transportation was a lifesaver for my most recent trip to Tennessee. I was stuck at the Atlanta Airport and desperately needed to get to Nashville. I asked around at the airport and was able to book a ride with Groome right away. I even missed my first shuttle and was able to call and easily switch to the next ride an hour later. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.
It was rather expensive - more than I was hoping for, but then again, what can you expect when booking the ride an hour beforehand?
The driver was friendly. The other passengers on the shuttle were not as friendly. Apparently, I took too long to go to the restroom at a McDonald's we stopped at along the way. I didn't hear the end of it for the entire ride from the other passengers.
The staff were great, though, and overall, I recommend using Groome Transportation.

So I was scheduled for a 6:15PM groom service and I get to my shuttle at 6:09 and the driver told me the bus was already full? I was not late nor did I have any more luggage then I was reserved but the bus was already filled with passengers from a 7:15 shuttle? Please make it make sense that we reserve a spot for a exact time and place but people can come before me for a later shuttle and get my spot? Why would you ever allow someone extra onto your shuttle if it could interfere with the amount you already had reserved? Absolutely terrible communication on both ends the driver and whoever is in charge of the guest that are doing the reservations. I'd love for you to know you lost multiple great customers and I'll be telling even more about it.
