We really enjoyed our stay!
I would particularly like to highlight the ladies and gentlemen at reception. Janice and Co: You all made the stay even better.
The resort in the low season is very beautiful and secluded. You can do various leisure activities such as canoeing, swimming, mini golf, cycling, to name a few.
The accommodation is equipped with the essentials and was very clean. The direct access to the water and private beach access was also great. The town is about 10 minutes away by car.
We would definitely come back.

We recently stayed at the Green Harbor in early September and had a fabulous time! The staff were superb - extremely kind! Everyone we encountered was great and took the time to say hello/speak with us/etc. The grounds are very pretty and the private beach (with lounge chairs and towels) was fantastic. The outdoor pool, with views of the water, was our favorite part and still pleasant to use in September. Note that towels for the pool are located outside the entrance.

We stayed in a townhome and appreciated the extra space, full kitchen, and shared deck. We were thankful to be on the end as it made the room somewhat quieter (it does back up against the pool/mini golf - so there will be some noise). The layout of the first floor is awkward with a murphy bed taking up most of the room and the 2 chairs awkwardly sitting in the corner - I think a sofa bed would be a much better use of the space. There were 3 of us in the room and it was awkward to figure out seating arrangements - I can only imagine if there were six people in the room. The deck out back was great, however, I can imagine if there were someone staying next door it might feel a bit cramped. The decor/appliances are not new - but they are very well maintained and most importantly - clean!

We would stay here again in a heartbeat - great location, great staff, and easy to get to the Hyannis ferry!

We would definitely stay here again! We stayed in unit 34, a two bedroom townhouse(1 king, 2 twins, full sleeper sofa) with fireplace. Well, not a new and glossy property, it was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating of any special request such as extra towels, daily housekeeping, etc. our unit had a Keurig in the fullkitchen & hairdryer in the bathroom. The beds & pillows were very comfortable, And we are mattress snobs. We were here for a family reunion, and this property met our needs perfectly. It is obvious that the owners take a great deal of pride by the manicured outdoor spaces. Water views all around.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite which was roomy and nice but very outdated. Pretty laid back for a "resort" and could use some improvements but overall we really enjoyed our short stay. The room above us was playing loud music and talking loud late into the night when we and our children were trying to sleep...certainly not sound proof!

This is a small, quaint little resort that worked pretty well for our family reunion. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Summer pricing was pretty expensive, and you have to add a resort fee and a fee for parking to that every day. There were washers and dryers, but only one of each worked, and there was no way to tell how long a cycle was to figure out how much time was left on someone else’s washing and drying before you could get yours in. Supposedly, repairs were “on the docket”. We also stayed in what was apparently the main original structure on the property, which is apparently slated for updating this off-season. We had to kick the front door to be able to get it to open, and the door handle fell off the bathroom door. Our room had a large living area, but not really a lot of furniture in it. The back deck with the best view was shared with the center unit next-door. The door locking mechanisms on the front and back door are crazy; if you push the button to lock it, they have to get a master key to unlock it, which I didn’t find out till after I pushed the button. Made sure not to push the button in the back door, then found out that that one locks automatically behind you anyways.|Having said all that, the pool was a big hit with our group, and the little mini golf area was nice also. The beach is wonderful, as long as the wind isn’t coming in. We couldn’t go on it the first couple of days due to the wind speed, but the last day was gorgeously beautiful. on the Bay side of our unit, we could see Osprey nests with the Ospreys out hunting for fish a lot. The back deck was also more sheltered from the wind.

We had a wonderful visit for our anniversary getaway. The staff was kind and helpful. The view of the bay and beach were incredible. The resort had tons of activities, and it was very quiet and clean. We stayed in a cape codder, which was the perfect size and very cozy.

I stayed the second week of September (this might matter but it shouldn't). Getting into the off season might have played a role in my experience. I was put in an inaccessible room which was fine but there aren't even side walls to the door. You have to walk through the grass. The bathroom WREAKED of fish. It was kind of unbearable. Not one review mentioned planes flying over ALL night. Our neighbors conversation could be heard clear as day. it was the worst nights sleep. There's no view from these rooms which was fine the location is truly lovely and the beach access is nice. The amenities like mini golf and kayaking were never explained and were also kinda janky. The room is outdated and dirty. Not that they aren't cleaning but the age of the building just leaves so much grime. The staff are lovely and helpful and feel like they would be working in a much more upscale place so 10/10 on them. They rock! Unfortunately It really felt like I was staying in a janky motel for triple the price.

Highly recommend Green Harbor Resort for a family vacation! The resort rooms are spacious and clean with beautiful views. The resort amenities are amazing for kids - including the daily kids club and featured shows (the pirate show and magic show were favorites!). All of the staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Can’t recommend enough!
