Let me start by saying that I was stranded in Lake Charles by this company. I would give it 100 negative stars if I could. They do not tell you if a bus won’t be there, they don’t know where buses are if you call, they don’t help you if you call and ask for assistance and they don’t refund the cash if you have to make alternate plans because a bus got cancelled. They don’t answer the phone after hours even though they have routes at all hours of the day and night. I ended up having to take an uber back to Houston for $250 in order to get to work, unfortunately I was still an hour late because one of the other passengers was trying to call their dispatch and find out what the situation was so I didn’t get the uber until 40 minutes later.

No one at the casino takes responsibility and no one at the Tour company knows what the hell is going on, other than “$35 cash”, they all certainly know that.

I’d advise you to take the bus back that you travelled there on because it’s not guaranteed that a bus will be there on a later route, you may break down, or no AC. It’s certainly a cheap way to get there, but you get what you pay for. If you have a way to get there, I’d advise you to use that alternative. It was my first time using the service and I will never ever use the service ever again.

I cannot express enough how much I’d advise you not to use this service other than a last resort.

I often times use this place when I don’t feel like driving to Lake Charles, LA so that I can visit L’Auberge Casino. I’ve met several nice patrons on this bus ride and we’ve become casino buddies if that’s a thing. I sometimes don’t want to make the drive because it’s about 2.5hrs away but I’m comfortable enough to allow them to do the driving for me. The buses are very clean and that’s a plus. I think the only thing they should add is the ability to pay with a card or purchase the tickets online. That would be nice. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints.

The driver for bus 939 told everyone he's leaving at 3:45 am. Everyone was outside on time. We all was cold. At 3:56 he still wasn't here.

Everything went smoothly on my trip with Greenland Tours. We left on time and left the Casino on time. I was fearful about leaving my car in the Plaza Americas lot but it was well lit and everything seemed fine. I would’ve gave 5 stars but the price on their website is incorrect. I ended up paying $5 extra instead of the listed $30 price

Easy to purchase tickets and friendly staff. Bus drivers are professional + take the initiative to ensure a safe, timely drive. Buses are very clean and proper Covid precautions were taken and also enforced. I would definitely use this service again to go to the casino and also recommend.
