Went to Gray’s last Saturday with a slow leak in a tire. Have traveled through Tallassee numerous times on the way to our home on Lake Martin but never noticed this store. I googled the closet tire shop from our lake home and this store came up. Went there and was highly impressed on the timely matter in which they got my truck in and out. They took care of a couple of other customers while I was there, constantly getting vehicles in and out. When they were finished, I asked how much that I owed them expecting it to be $25 or more, the manger said “No charge”. Really appreciated how they took care of me and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Gray’s took care of my tire fast and quick! The tire on my daughter’s van was blown out and the guys were able to fix it the same day within hours and got her back on the road. Trey was super nice and helpful! Thank you for your quick service with a smile!

Once again, another couple of nails found my daughter’s van tire and I came back to Gray’s for them to repair or replace it and once again they fixed it for me quickly! They guys here are great and super fast and I appreciate them taking care of my tire right away! I’d recommend Gray’s to anyone! Thanks!

Great friendly customer service. The bottom flap under my car was pulled off I went there early in the morning they fixed the issue quickly at no cost to me. I took my car to Grey's in Tallassee and have the BEST experience with them. They listened to what I had to say and got my Sonata back on the road ASAP. They have the BEST customer service and explain what needs to be done and the cost before they start the job. They have done a battery for me and a tire and I had the BEST experience and not to mention I didn't wait long to get my keys back in hand. Thank you Grey's for your SUPERIOR SERVICE...👍

The crew at Grays always does an amazing job and super friendly. Just had them replace my motor in my truck. Rory and his guys at the one in Tallassee took very great care of everything from beginning to end. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with our vehicles. Also to add they just replaced the front end of my son’s dodge so like I say they have our business no matter the issue they’ll take care of it

Very good company, they got my semi back up on 18 wheels . These folks were very fair on the pricing and were just all around good southern folks to visit with . Hope to meet up with them again, hopefully not with a flat tire next time💯👍

Stopped by with a traction tire that picked up a screw, they got right to it and were happy to it.
