The inspection done during my oil change found that my front axle needed the full assembly replaced due to worn boots. They had a time getting my axel off due to it being ceased into the transmission. There was some inconvenience due to going & waiting hours twice for the work to be done, only to leave without it completed. However, it’s not their fault my axel put up such a fight. The second time I came, they realized they would need to keep it longer, Aarick provided me with a way to go while they kept my car. I found that very kind and so helpful. I still needed to get kids to and from school plus work myself so I was truly grateful for that! So far, my car seems to be doing very well. Grays is the only place where I trust my vehicle to get serviced at! This was a more expensive repair, but Aarick seemed to have went above and beyond to save me the money it would have costed at the dealership! I really appreciate that. James was my Tech, so a big thank you to him as well! Dylan is also very kind and processional every time I need help via phone or when I’m there in person. Thank y’all so much for taking such good care of my car:)

Highly recommend! I had an issue that started out from another store and this location went above AND beyond fixing the issue! Of all the locations, this one is now my favorite. I can’t say enough good things about how they fixed my car, especially when it wasn’t even their fault. They exceeded my expectations and more. 10/10 highly recommend!

First time coming to Gray's Tire and Service Center and wanted to try it because of the good reviews from Google. I came in for an oil change and oil filter change ($67.94). They did an inspection on my car and found that I needed to change my cabin air filter ($40.32), air filter ($43.59), and a brake fluid flush($183.54). I was happy they helped get my car checked and took care of my vehicle. They were also kind enough to put car tire valve caps on all my tires because some of them did not have them. Two of the previous places, Toulouse Tire Pros and Wetumpka Tire Pros, I went to get my oil change and oil filter change did not provide the level of service and inspection level that Gray's Tire and Service Center did.

I hope to use this company in the future and experience the same level of excellence, service, and standards.

I had an issue with one of my tires. Went by after work (close to closing time). Joseph and the staff at Gray’s could not have been more helpful! Super friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced the valve stem on my tire and didn’t even charge me! I couldn’t recommend them enough!

The absolute best!! I took my car in for an alignment and two new tires and they looked at it and said the alignment was in spec so guess what? They didn’t charge me for the alignment! I wish more places were honest in this way! Always have a hard time trusting mechanics with these things but this place kinda restored my hope in this industry as well as humanity!! I absolutely recommend

Took my truck in because it was pulling to the right. It's an old truck so I suspected it might need some work on the front end. They recommended tie rods, pitman arm, etc and an alignment. This was not unexpected. Drove it for a week still feeling some pulling to the right. Put the front end on a jack and checked wheel spin. Front passenger wheel is not spinning freely. Called to let them know it is still pulling to the right and that the front passenger wheel is not spinning freely. Doesn't look like the work they did was related to my actual issue. I get put on hold and they come back and start talking about all the work they did was on video. That was not my point. I don't want free work and I don't want my money back for the parts. I don't doubt the work was done. What I do doubt is the ability of Gray's to correctly diagnose the issues with my truck. Should have diagnosed it myself before I took it in. It is insulting to be come back at with "video" evidence when I'm calling about an incorrect diagnosis. They offered to look at the brakes after treating me like I'm trying to get my money back. I'm not a crook and don't need to be treated like one. No thank you. Gave two stars because they did at least do the work on the front end which was needed for maintenance anyway. That appears to have been done correctly and was done quickly. Just a shame they didn't diagnose it correctly the first time. They would have had a repeat customer out of me if they did.

I went by today to see what was causing my tire to leak after my husband had already plugged where a nail was. They found another area with a smaller nail, fixed it and repaired the original hole without charge. I had also previously bought tires from them and not once did I feel uncomfortable while waiting. Everyone was friendly and professional.
