Wow, what a beautiful experience. From the time I booked with Ms. Erma to my wedding day, she was amazing. She welcomed me and made me feel like family. Our endless conversations went from booking the event to shopping, saving money to spiritual guidance. I truly believe God lead me to book with her. She is so creative and very understanding. Ms. Erma made my day special and I thank her for being there for me. I can’t wait to book again.

I attended a baby shower at this facility. Customer service was the absolute WORST. The owner was very rude and disrespectful. The event started at 3. The owner was late and rushed us out. She called one of the host stupid after she was being polite. Respecting her elders. The building was nice. But the customer service was poor. She followed the guest around and as the guest were parking she was standing in 105 degree heat watching the cars come in. Harassing the guest!

Wish I could give 0 stars! I wouldn’t recommend this event center to no one. The owner and her son is beyond disrespectful! Walking around harassing the guest, and making bad comments! But wanted the guest up and gone at 6 and threatening to lock them in while the center was being cleaned. Do not waste your money here! Bad for business!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The older lady was extremely rude and threatened to call the police on us. She messed up my kids prom send off last night 5/11/2024 due to her parking problems. She gets mad about the number of guess that attended for a prom send off of 6 seniors. 6 seniors of family and friends. Something someone has no control over at all. Who can put a number on a head count like this. She was rushing our event, rushing our girls to get dress. Coming all in their room telling them to hurry up. Getting into it with the guess etc. We had the worst experience on such a special day which we thought it was going to be.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!This place is not good for prom send offs. The owner was unprofessional and very rude to the guest. The owner acted improperly with guest by entering the girls dressing area to rush them even though they were on time. The venue locked the door before the agreed upon time to end. Overall I definitely would not recommend using this venue for prom send off.

Do not book here. Erma is extremely rude and does not want to accommodate her guests. I signed a contract that stated we were to have white table cloths, and once she saw that we were having barbecue for food she did not want to provide the white table cloths as promised. I have never heard of an event center that does not process table clothes of ANY color, no matter what kind of food you are having because that is a part of their job. We ended up getting our own table cloths and no money was taken off. Parking is horrible, she will lie like there are plenty of spots when there is not. She was extremely argumentative, and she stayed the entire duration of our event and even was walking around which I have never seen or heard of from an event center owner. DO NOT BOOK HERE TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The owner is very rude and unprofessional. Made attempts to destroy decorations for a graduation send off. All the while in the background recording and smiling. I’m sure to use footage of the event to boost her business. Invaded the space of the event by making sure we felt,saw and heard her presence
