This was an amazing experience, it was my first time rock climbing too. I was terrified but the instructors (Zach & Stone) really helped explain what to do next and calm my nerves. Definitely recommend!!

I had a really wonderful experience with Granite Mountain Guides. I am a relatively new climber and had not climbed outdoors before. The guides set up routes for us that were difficulty-appropriate and went through comprehensive safety instruction. GMG fostered an incredibly positive environment for us and I had an amazing time. Will definitely be looking to climb with them in the future.

Matt was awesome, I had a super great experience learning how to Trad climb with him! The group was small so we were able to really tailor it to our needs, and I couldn't have asked for a better class! These guys know their stuff, and know how to help people have a great experience

I've had the chance to go on two trips with GMG and have had Leah, Zach, and Mac as guides. They are all fantastic- communicative, knowledgeable, friendly, and I felt very safe to climb with them. Would highly recommend GMG no matter what skill level you are!

Our trip with Granite Mountain was awesome, and our guide Morgan was phenomenal! We climbed in the Dells at Watson lake, a truly beautiful location. Morgan set up a ton of routes for us and taught us so much. We had a blast, strongly recommend, and would love to do it again!

Our family of five did a 6 hour climbing trip in the Granite Dells in Prescott AZ. Our guide Alex was amazing. He set us up first at the Time Zone wall and had both a 5.6 and 5.7 with variations to get warmed up, then he moved the rope over to a 5.8. Our kids 16, 15, 11 were all engaged and Alex worked really well with us a family. After lunch we moved over to the north side for some fun and easy crack climbing. The entire day was relaxed with shade at both areas. In addition, the approach was only 5-10 minutes for both walls. I highly recommend this company and Alex in particular.

Just completed a 6-hour trip in the Dells with Leah.

I can't say enough positive things about our experience. Even with less than ideal weather, our guide had a wonderful attitude. Our youngest isn't comfortable with climbing yet and our guide was patient and supportive the whole time. We spent our entire time at 1 spot but had a variety of route difficulties to choose from. Everyone was able to push their limits.

I would absolutely book another trip through this company. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My 14 year old son and I had two great days with Granite Mountain Guides! Matt was our guide and he was AWESOME! His teaching methods were crystal clear, and he was super patient with my son, who was having his first experience with outdoor climbing. Matt did such a great job of figuring out what level we were at, and catering his teaching accordingly. His attention to safety was also excellent, and I felt we were in excellent hands the whole time. We will definitely be back to book with Granite Mountain Guides for our next Arizona adventure!
