Grande River vineyards is an incredible winery with amazing award winning wines! In fact, it’s hard to pick which ones to buy, so the membership club is a good way to go. The grounds and tasting area are well kept and enjoyable. The owner and all the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Their hotel next door, wine country inn, is by far the best place to stay in the entire valley. It is quaint, beautifully landscaped, wonderful pool/hot tub, great breakfast and restaurant. Such a great place to relax by the pool and very clean spacious rooms. I can’t say enough about how impressive this winery and hotel are!!! Will very sit again soon.

We were passing through town this past Thursday and decided to stop in and grab a bottle. Anne convinced us to do a tasting. She and Onyx were very knowledgeable about all the wines, and educated us on a lot of the wine making processes. It was so fascinating! They even let us taste a freshly pressed juice. The wine, the juice, and the customer service experience was exceptional! At the end of our visit we actually ended up leaving with two bottles, the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Meritage Red, and a bottle opener so we could enjoy our wine on our trip. Thank you so much Anne and Onyx for making it such an enjoyable experience. We look forward to stopping by again!

Grande River Winery has a comfortable tasting room and a splendid upstairs. I appreciate their limited menu as one can focus more on the nuances of each wine. The staff is very friendly & accommodating

Definitely worth a stop! The wines are all well done. Good reserve wines and a couple of nice desert wines.
A nice winery that's supportive of the local community, always doing the live music benefits on Saturdays. Nice job!

I am impressed! Look out world… some Colorado wineries are figuring out wine making… AND I LOVE IT!
Grande River is situated right off Interstate 70 near Grand Junction, in Palisades, CO. Easy to drop in for a tasting or a tour of the vineyards. There is also lodging there, in case you want to immerse yourself into a winery experience. Start your day with a horse drawn carriage to get you to the vineyard and winery. Super fun.
I really enjoyed their 2021 Merlot, so I definitely recommend it 🙂

Nice setting, great service. They have a demonstration vineyard on the side was an excellent addition. Wide selection of wines. The wines were ok.
