Jana Thompson is the absolute best travel agent with Grand Travel!! She has planned 2 of our trips and each time it was beyond our expectations. Jana has set everything up for us from transportation to the hotel/ resort and even exciting birthday activities/excursions!! She has made all of our vacations feel like we were the only people there and we couldn’t say enough good things about her. She is very attentive and will answer any crazy questions you may have. For celebrating my 50th birthday I must say this trip was nothing short of perfection. I want to thank our travel agent Mrs.Jana Banuelos for organizing thiis whole incredible trip. We absolutely loved our El Dorado Sea Side resort stay! It was first class treatment from the moment we arrived until we left which was the hardest thing to do! Jana thank u for making this so convenient for us and absolutely will be booking with you always in the future! The service and all excursions set up through the Lomas agency was phenomenal! We honestly had the best New Years experience and birthday stay of our life! Even though weather could have granted us more sun but that did not stop us from enjoying our time with the dolphins/the Mayan Ruins/swimming with the sea turtles / foam pool party /a Mayan Spa Day /incredible room service/ swimming in Cenotes and bringing a Vegas like show on the beach with a buffet to feed royalty! I cannot be more pleased with all the beautiful memories I made alongside my daughter and I for such a special occasion. Again thank you soo sooo much and we look forward to booking with you again. The payment plan really helped bring this to fruition with everything else going on so thank you! I hope our photos tell a thousand more words!

As a busy entrepreneur, I don't always have the time to research /book hotels, etc. so I can always trust that my needs will be exceeded when I contact my travel agent Beth (Grand Travel & Cruise). She has planned so many memorable trips for my family and friends, that I just trust her expertise. She gets to know her clients and their taste, and boy does she deliver!

I recently surprised my besties with a last minute birthday trip to Mexico. Beth took care of all the details, from the travel to the room selection. Everything was executed to perfection! The resort was BEAUTIFUL, and my guests and I were so happy with the resort selection, service, and amenities. Oh, and the food? Delicious! The entire experience was flawless, and we were escorted right away to the Xhale VIP lounge upon arrival!
