Beautiful venue, but the amount of complications we had with them on the day of our event was ridiculous! Imagine you have a big event and you get there to set up and the room is still set up from the event before…. we are so lucky that we had a group of OUR OWN people able to come help us because we had to rearrange the room ourselves after paying so much money to rent the space (the owner and one other person helped with the amount of work that had to be done that was next to nothing)!! Not to mention that that was the only thing they had to do….! we had to bring our own decorations, plates, cups, silverware, food, speakers, backdrops, etc. You name it we brought it. The only thing we needed from them was the room set up, which we are provided the official floor plan to them… I really can’t wrap my head around why that was not completed…. Literally all they had to do was set up the chairs and tables and couldn’t even do that…. Not to mention that they just left some of the tables that they did take down from the event before up against the wall during our event…. They put us extremely behind schedule and the owner still complained about our late exit, knowing what he put us through that morning… on top of that, the floors were nasty and sticky because it didn’t seem like they cleaned after the event before… I’m talking my slippers stuck to the floor… There was water bottles and some litter / trash in the parking lot. I’m assuming from the event before. Also paid extra to book a room downstairs after being told there was a shower that we can use in the room to get ready only to find out that there was no hot water (and yes, we left the water running for a long time.)…. It was just not a great experience for us behind the scenes!! But with all this to say, the Event space is pretty that’s the only good thing I have to say… other than the beauty of the space I don’t think I would recommend anybody book here if you do, prepare for the worst and hope for the best!
