The loft was perfect for my stay! Clean and cozy and the location is perfect to be able to walk into downtown. The mountain view from being on the 3rd floor was beautiful. Checking in and out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

It was a great location to walking around Leadville. TV access was good and the bed was good! I enjoyed walking around the town and getting back to home base easily….. stars were gorgeous! It’s a town full of flowers….

Can't recommend. Not well managed and everything was either broken, falling apart, or just generally not cared for. All the dishes in the small kitchen were old and destroyed such that I did not want to cook with them. Kitchen Faucet was troublesome to simply fill a water bottle without leaving it leaking and needing a clever jiggle to the lever. Entryway needs a place to put a jacket at the very least. Barely a bonus +1? for a decent location walkable to Harrison Ave.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Governor's Mansion! The host was very responsive and friendly, and sent us all the instructions to check-in and checkout effectively. They also messaged us after we had checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

The location of the house is perfect being a brief 2 min walk from the main street.

Me and my friend were in the loft unit, where we had private parking right by the entrance. Very spacious unit with some nice touches: bathroom had things like shower gel, kitchen had plenty of plates, pots, pans and utensils, and each bedroom had a noise machine (though I had no issues with sound seeping through) and a fan. Internet connection was stable and each of the bedrooms as well as the living room had a smart TV.

Very neat Historical Mansion, we stayed in the Attic part of the building, I believe it's called the loft, it had everything we needed, it was pretty spacious! I would like to stay again in the future while I'm exploring the area! The altitude was intense, we came from MS, FL, so it was definitely noticeable, we felt winded, it was hard going up the stairs!

This was a great space for large families or, in our case, four friends who preferred their own sleeping space. There were some downsides, specifically there is a step in the kitchen we kept tripping on, it got very cold ant night, and the floors were loud; but what else could you expect from a historic building. The amenities like the sauna, pantry, and pool table easily made up for any inconveniences. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to go on a ski trip to Ski Cooper.

Any place that I've stayed at so far with, High Rocky Homes, has been a wonderful experience. They make sure to make their guests feel at home with very personalized touches and kind staff members who are there to assist you if any need may occur. I highly recommend this particular location as it's perfect for an 'at home feel' get away! It is a 'must stay' in Leadville, especially if you are looking to cook, relax, and enjoy the mountains in a two bedroom! Easy parking, walk to town, roomy, includes a private deck and great view! (Handicap not accessible)

Such a fabulous place! We stayed in the ground floor apartment and it was so relaxing and homey. Such a great place to stay with my pooch, she loved all the summer greenery in the front yard! Everything inside was spotless! The staff was wonderful, too! Especially Cindy. Can’t say enough good things about this place! If I could give it more stars, I would!
