I've enjoyed working with Tung Vu who is a great agent, professional and relatable. I have been on several rewards week long vacations for the cost of 1. I have increased the number of trips I can afford each year and have recommended to my friends. It seems like an initially commitment to pay monthly but for the cost of the program I have had numerous trips for only the cost of one resort stay. I asked a friend who recently traveled to the same resort without using the program and they paid double what I paid for the program and only got that one trip whereas I got enough points to go twice plus a resort stay certificate! Fully recommend.

I’ve been a member of Gov Rewards for over 3 years (basic membership) for now, and still get good benefits ands discounts. At first, the website was a bit confusing, but Ms. Perry took the time to walk me through every tab and explain all the details clearly and all the benefits that am missing. If you’re active duty, definitely give it a shot—you won’t regret it!

A good friend told me about this site. It helps enlisted military personnel travel at a reduced cost. I signed up and I'm glad I did. I spoke to one of their representatives named MaryBeth Ingram. She walked me through the entire process of how this works. She was very professional and courteous. I inquired about a hotel that cost $800.00 and she got the cost down to $140.00. She informed me people save as much as $1500.00 on cruises.

Our stay was spectacular. Summer Bay is an excellent choice for a resort stay. Particularly with a family. We had multiple pools, one which was literally out our back door, a jacuzzi tub inside the master and it had a full kitchen. At night I went down to the Clubhouse pool and we sang kereoke. It was clean and everyone was extremely nice. I would recommend it, for sure.

Although my wife and I have ultimately decided not to move forward with the program, it has nothing to do with our account manager, the services provided to us, or the program in-of-itself, it is because of other circumstances. The services of Mr. Kevin Fonseca were excellent and I appreciate all of the information and help he gave to us while we were thinking things over. The deals that this program offers are next-to-none when compared to it's competitors and I highly recommend anyone to go for it if they can. I plan on returning to this opportunity another, better, time. It is simply just bad timing with other things that we have going on in our lives at the moment.
