Sarah was so great and easy to work with. We put all our faith on Gourmet Cowboy as we are from St. Louis, MO and they delivered plus some! We had an intimate micro wedding (total of 12) and I was worried that would be considered “too small” but they happily accepted. The Palisade Peach Wood Smoked Brisket of Colorado Beef was by far the most delicious brisket I’ve ever had and it even made the 15 hour trip back to St. Louis, as we enjoyed the week after our wedding! Sarah never made me feel rushed to make a decision and was happy to make adjustments along the way - an easy process that never added to the expected stress of a wedding. Everyone loved the food and the cake was a hit. Thank you!

Choosing The Gourmet Cowboy for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made during our planning process. Their service was amazing and their food was delicious. Sarah took the time to understand our vision for the wedding, was incredibly flexible, and allowed us to customize the menus and services so that we could stay on budget. The food at our rehearsal dinner and wedding was top notch. We received several comments from guests that the food was the best they ever had at a wedding. Furthermore, the waitstaff and bartenders were very friendly and professional, and ensured that everyone was taken care of through the night.

Wow! Exceptional food and client service! We had Gourmet Cowboy cater a family reunion at a park in Glenwood Springs in July. Sarah and Kipper created an amazing southwestern menu that was perfect for adults and kids (and could sit out for hours!). Delivery was on time, quick and efficient in a very hectic parking lot (YAY Brendan!). Sarah was super responsive, friendly and adapted to a lot of “week of” changes. Highly recommend!!!

From beginning to end Gourmet Cowboy was one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding!!! Wedding food can be a little iffy sometimes but our food was unreal! We received so many compliments - all of our vendors were even blown away! Sarah and her husband/chef were so personable and kind. They were beyond accommodating for all of my food allergies. The hors d'oeuvres STOLE the show - make sure to get the empanadas!!!

This is going to be long but good. I'm an event planner in Denver so when I was planning my Marble, CO wedding I was nervous looking for a caterer out of my bubble. I found The Gourmet Cowboy here on wedding wire and reached out. From the start Sarah was amazing to work with. Realizing we had grown up in the same East Coast County it was meant to be. And the menu she put together (within my budget) was incredible. My parents flew in from the East Coast and we went to Minturn for a tasting. I can't compliment the hospitality enough; Sarah and Kipper were incredibly welcoming! The spread of food at the tasting was overwhelming and delicious. The rest of the process; menu changes, payments, day of planning was completed with ease. The day of services were impeccable!! I arrived after the ceremony to the reception and the staff was extremely genuine and helpful (they had a drink and snack ready and waiting for me). The customer service was top notch! The food was just as amazing as the tasting - the bacon wrapped scallops, veggie quesadilla, and stuffed mushrooms were some of my favorite apps. The meal started with a plated mixed berry summer salad (ahhhh-mazing) and the dinner was family style. The night wasn't complete until Kipper and his staff came out for a toast and applause. Hands down - amazing people, impeccable customer service and delicious food! I will gladly recommend The Gourmet Cowboy to everyone!! Thank you for making my wedding day complete!

Gourmet Cowboy catered my wedding at Donovan Pavilion and I couldn’t recommend that team enough! We wanted “fun” wedding food and Sarah came through with a Bavarian style dinner. Our guests LOVED the food. Sarah was very responsive during the planning process and ensured our day went smoothly. We had a perfect day and Gourmet Cowboy really added to that.

Our daughter just got married at the Donovan this past week and Gourmet Cowboy did a fantastic job throughout the evening. They staffed two bars with signature cocktails (folks are still calling me about how good the bar tenders were); the cocktail hour appetizers were delicious and the sit down dinner went off without a hitch. Both entree offerings were delicious and promptly served. In addition, we had late night snacks and the dessert table display was beautifully set up. Sarah and Kipp deserve huge kudos for a great job and so does their staff. Hope others get the chance to use them. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks again Gourmet Cowboy.

Gourmet Cowboy catered our wedding at Donovan Pavilion. Sarah and her team were incredible from the start- during planning and choosing the meal through the day of the wedding. You can tell she has done this many, many times. Before the wedding day Sarah was incredibly informative and responsive. On the wedding day, Sarah personally brought me and my husband a snack as soon as the ceremony was over AND she bustled my dress herself (faster than anyone else could have, I’m sure!). We have received countless compliments on the food as well as service staff. Sarah and her staff are attentive, polite, thoughtful, and hardworking. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
