So much lack of professionalism! They gave wrong check in instructions to the travelers, which caused them to pay an additional $50 in check in fees at the airport. They also lied to the travelers when they inquired about changing flights, withheld certain information and then when travelers took matters into their own hands, they stopped communicating with travelers. Disappointed in service and experience as a whole.

Worst experience ever ! I had an emergency and needed to leave before my actual flight & NEVER confirmed I was going to leave , the lady charged my card and changed my flight without my permission or knowledge . I got my emergency resolved and didn’t have to leave anymore , but when I asked her who gave her the authorization to change my flight she said my mother , mind you guys I’m 25!! Never again buying anything from them ! It’s the same price on the airline site either way , just went with them cause my family always went with them !

My family purchase couple tickets and the Covid situation change some things, when we call the office to change and resolve the situation they just change saying is not in their hands to help the costumer, now you need to resolve the problems with the airline office, is not our problem in other words.
Keep your money safe, don't buy ANYTHING IN THIS PLACE, BE CAREFUL
