Lived in Canin B for 3 months while on contract in the Pioneer Valley. These cabins are so cute. They are fully updated. They had everything we needed. We felt safe here and loved living in the hills. It was quiet and private. Kurt was great. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed. He was accommodating with check in and check out. His prices are reasonable and I felt a good value. AC and heat provided. We had ROKU. We loved it here. Would recommend this place. And we will stay again if ever in the area.

Wonderful stay! We stayed in Cabin B while closing on our new home. The landlords we're kind and very helpful and the cabin was so cute! It had everything we needed. Lots of room outside to walk the dog and plenty of parking. Easy travel to Northampton and Greenfield. Very affordable and an excellent value. Highly recommend.

We stayed in cabin D for the weekend and it was by far one of the nicest cabins I have ever stayed in. It was extremely clean and well kept up with. There was a lot of privacy but it was not too far from the house and other cabins so it felt safe. The landlord was very nice and made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous lakeside vacation spot for families. We spent a long labor day weekend 2018 there with our grandchildren, ages 5 and 8, and our Great Pyrenees. Cabin was roomy, neat, clean and had all the basic supplies..
Judt bring your food. The lake is lovely, clean and cool...perfect for warm, end of summer days. They have a water trampoline that occupied many hours of enjoyment for children and adults alike...even the puppy played in the shallows of the lake. The nights are star filled and if you're lucky, Bob will share his astro-knowledge with you. Dina even had cut fresh black eyed susans from her garden for our dining table. Perfect hosts and family friendly.

We moved into cabin b. The hot water was not working and the door barely locks. So in the middle of a blizzard we moved to cabin c. Pipes were frozen in there. Landlord came and plugged in a heater and hours later it dethawed. The ceiling in the bedroom is caving in and cracking and blowing through. Each cabin is loaded with carpenter ants and dead fly looking things that just seem to appear out of nowhere. The landlords wife complained about electricity use. Do not expect a path to be shoveled to your cabin as the guy next door wasn't even greeted and shoveled his own way in. The fridge in cabin c makes a horrendous noise. The stove gives an aweful smell. And when I went to get my deposit back the landlord had the balls to take 20 bucks from it because there was some crustys on the couch that I have no clue how it got there. So for $1300 a month.... I expected a lot more and ultimately left feeling sour. The only reason why it's a two star review instead of 1 is because of the woman Ruth who coordinates things there. She was great. The rest.... A s**t show that honestly I'd rather stay in a hotel than ever go there again. BE CAUTIOUS AND DONT EXPECT MUCH!
