The most important person at our wedding was Grace. Her services go way beyond what most planners offer. She's worth every penny! Grace coordinated a timeline for our wedding, communicated with all our vendors, worked closely with the venue and the wedding party to produce the most spectacular, and magically entertaining wedding. Grace will create and print a booklet of your timeline and share it with your wedding party, with the venue and with each of your vendors so that everyone is aware of exactly what to do and exactly what time to do it. The timeline Grace created worked perfectly! We cherished every moment of our wedding because of Grace. With a calm demeanor and an acute attention to detail Grace coordinated an outdoor wedding ceremony in December in front of Beluga whales, Santa Claus at the ceremony, a Christmas light show, a Sea lion show and a cocktail hour with Penguins. I had three wedding dress changes, a dress for the ceremony, a dress for the cocktail hour and a dress for the reception and Grace made me feel like a celebrity bride while she flawlessly managed all 3 of my wardrobe changes including dresses, crowns, veils, hats, shoes, ostrich feathers, furs, boots and a scepter. Grace was meticulous with my decorating plans, which required outdoor ceremony decorations, cocktail hour decorations, and reception decorations. Grace went above and beyond and extended her service to assist us with an issue at our hotel. We were grateful for how she resolved the issue. We did not have to worry about 1 single thing with Grace as our wedding planner. Hire Grace and you will relax, enjoy and cherish every moment of your wedding. Grace is the absolute best. Don't even waste your time speaking with other planners, just hire Grace. We were planning a wedding at Candlelight Farms in New Milford, CT and debated if we needed help for the day of. We finally decided it would be worthwhile. Grace was the second person we spoke with and we immediately knew she was the one. While we hired her as a day of coordinator she was SO much more involved than we ever expected. We had many planning sessions with Grace before our wedding and while we were fairly on top of the planning, Grace added so much value and brought up so many good points that resulted in a perfect wedding day. If you want someone who is organized, on top of things, an advocate for you and your partner, and will undoubtedly make your wedding day as easy as possible...hire Grace. If you want someone who is cool, friendly, fun, and caring...hire Grace. If you want someone who will resolve all your problems on your wedding day...hire Grace. You get the point. We were so happy with the planning tools she used and the booklets you and your closest friends and family will receive that outline the timeline of the day. She executed our decor setup perfectly and immediately took care any annoyance throughout the wedding weekend. She even packed our wedding bouquet and shipped it to our preservation company so we didn't have to worry about it. We wish we could hire Grace again, and if we ever do a vow renewal or any other major event we 1000% will!

Grace is THE BEST!!! Not to sound cliche but if you’ve made it this far by looking at these reviews, just save yourself any more hassle and hire her. She’s both an incredible person and planner/coordinator. We absolutely loved working with her. She provided immensely helpful guidance and coordination as we figured out all the details over the final couple of months. At the rehearsal and the day of the wedding she was invaluable, making sure everything went smoothly and always with a huge smile! We’re so grateful to have been able to work with Grace!

Like other reviews here have mentioned, we were unsure about if we needed a day of coordinator for our wedding but we are SO GLAD we had Grace with us on the day of. It is hands down the best decision we made for our wedding, not just hiring a day of coordinator but working with Grace. She is so amazing at her job and I would have another wedding just so I could work with her again!

Leading up to our wedding, everyone would ask me if I was so stressed out and the answer was no becuase I knew I could rely on Grace to help our wedding go as smoothly as possible and that's exactly what happened. The whole day ran so smoothly and on time (if not early) and so my husband and I were really able to be present and enjoy the day with our friends/family.

I could write a novel about how wonderful Grace is but the last thing I'll mention is her laid back style. I find that some vendors in the wedding industry really try to push the stereotypical wedding expectations onto couples but we did not feel that at all with Grace. She fully embraced how we wanted our wedding to go without any pressure to feel like we "needed" to do anything particular on the day of.

If you are debating hiring a day of coordinator/wedding planner - do it, but make sure it's Grace. She's truly the best.

When we think about Grace, a couple of words immediately come to mind. Professionalism, attention to detail, but most importantly, family. We researched and researched wedding planner after wedding planner, and by the end of our first call with Grace, it couldn’t have been more clear that she was the obvious top choice.

We worked with her for 3 months leading up to our wedding, but she was available and involved far before that. Grace was our point person from the start to the finish. She effectively and consistently worked with all of our vendors (and believe me, we had a lot!). She helped our family navigate the most important conversations and decisions while we planned the most special day of our life.

Grace gave me peace of mind through the entire process. Every single conversation we had, she brought me a sense of calmnesses and reassurance. We trusted her wholeheartedly to make our day perfect. Although she was working with several other clients simultaneously, she made us feel like we were a top priority. Without her, we wouldn’t have been able to seamlessly and effortlessly flow through the day of our wedding. She was so beyond organized and professional, and she was able to bring each and every piece together. I was able to look over at her and immediately know everything was in the right hands. I knew nothing could possibly go wrong, because we had Grace. And nothing did go wrong. Ever single detail we dreamed of, became reality.

We have been absolutely overwhelmed by the outpouring of love from the almost 200 people who were present. We have had so many people tell us, that it was not only the best weeding they have ever been to, but one of the best nights of their lives.

Grace is an amazing Mother, Wife, and the greatest wedding planner that you could ever ask for. She is apart of the fabric of our lives forever. Grace is family and we love her dearly.

Grace was invaluable for my daughter's Oct 12 wedding. She was with us every step of the way as we set up a total DIY outdoor event. She thought of so many things for us to do and be prepared in advance. The day of the event she directly seamlessly. It was thanks to her that the wedding was perfection!!!!!!!

If I could give a 10 star rating of Grace I would...where to start? As the MOB I wasn't sure we needed the services of a wedding planner...we had done all the work - or so I thought. We had found our venue..band..florist etc...what would else would we need? Grace came into our lives about 6 months out...reviewed our contracts...confirmed our plans - made the follow up calls so we didn't need to. When we arrived at our venue to find our 11 piece band was stuck in traffic - Grace was calm under pressure with a plan B- Thankfully the band arriived! The night was orchestrated so perfectly that my guests were so impressed on how the night just flowed...that was all Grace. When the night was over...our car was packed...we were able to just walk out..all due to Grace. It's all the little details that as a guest you just think "happen" - now having had our wedding I 1000% percent know its all the behind the scenes that make it run perfectly...and Grace was that saving "Grace" with the vendors and had our wedding day running so smoothly and without any cares - we are still running on a wedding day high. I would definitely use her again! She was our saving Grace 🙂
