Beyond unprofessional. Prior to my going in to chat about a trip my husband and I would like to plan I spoke to Christiani to let her know what day II would come in. She was great to speak to. Upon my going in the day I said I would, she told me she is new and training. She connected me with the Owner, Luis. He took my information and told me he would explore options and get back to me no later than Tuesday (which gave him 5 business days) to work on some options. Not only did he not phone me, but also didn't email me. I told my husband about my experience and we agreed to not use this poor service. Today, I was able to book a 5-star trip. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - TOO MANY OPTIONS FOR TRAVEL

Gomes travel has the best customer service of the North Shore. Solange is always so helpful and goes above and beyond to solve everyone’s issues. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend this business to all my friend.

I sent my taxes to the office to be processed, they were charging me $300 just to get them done. OVERPRICED. Over the course of 2 weeks I exchanged emails with an old lady who was supposed to be doing my taxes and I gave her the ok to process them. April 17 was the last time I emailed her. It is now May 3rd and I haven’t received ANYTHING in regards to my taxes so I reached out… she never processed my paperwork and then lied and said no one gave her the ok. When she was asked about it she declined to do my taxes, mind you the deadline PASSED so now i can’t do them!! I have to wait until next year! Horrible communication, unprofessional employees, overpriced services!! They need to be audited!!
