My daughter loves this place! She struggles with sensory issues but didn’t get overwhelmed. There were lots of kids at the exhibits at times but the other parents were really good about reigning in their kids. The staff are really great and they are always around putting the toys back to keep it nice for the next kid. The play areas are so well thought out and interesting for kids. Perfect for a hot summer day. There is an outdoor area as well with some things to play with. We could have spent all day here if they had some lunch options. You can tell they really know kids here!

Stopped to get information for the grandchildren when we there in area visiting.. the prices seem just to high.. how can the average family (with 2.5 children ) afford to take themselves and kids for a couple hours of fun for over $100 bucks.. it's just to steep, not sure if prices are high because it's Naples or if they don't want business..for the average middle class family would not be able to go often, and wouldn't you make more money taking the prices down and getting more children and families in A shame for what could be a bustling place and just looked empty upon my stop mid-day.

We wanted to love the children’s museum. It was great a few years ago. Clean and almost everything was working. Things have gone downhill and this will be our last time purchasing a membership. It is a shame because this is one of our only indoor kid education opportunities in the area.

With the rise in prices they installed a snack bar instead of addressing the issue with the dirty, broken, and out of date children’s activities. The snack bar and gift shop has been moved front and center when you try to enter or leave. Candy in reach of toddlers, so the super fun struggle of getting a small kid out of the grocery store. Now you get to experience the pleasure at a KIDS museum, where parent should be able to come and enjoy time with their family. Not end up with unhealthy choices for your toddlers to help themselves to. Move the candy and put in some healthy options or at least a barrier for little hands. This was kind of our final straw with the place. I hope we see some change because all the moms I speak to aren’t renewing with the condition it’s currently in. Even the moms groups online are disappointed with the state of the place. Would love to return if actual change takes place and they address the candy.

We took my 4 year old great niece here last Monday. This place is toddler based (1-3 yr olds). It was unclean, and poorly maintained. The shopping area had no carts, and only one netted bag to use. The art area had broken or dull pencils and I had to ask for new drawing paper as they were all used and thrown around on the table. There were no glue sticks either. The only staff I saw were clearing away the big climbing blocks where the children were actually playing with them. The outside play area only has one Lincoln log house to build. The water tables had a few toys to use but not much at all. This was a very disappointing experience.

This museum is lovely, but priced too high for a young family. We are visiting from New Jersey and stopped in for a couple hours because we saw they offered half price military. We used my husband's active military ID for a "discount." It turns out it only applied to him and not his wife and 3 children. I cannot imagine an active duty military member would want to visit alone, so this seems almost intentionally misleading. We ended up having to spend $115 for some play time. Heads up to any other military members.

My son loves it here. A good cheap and fun place if you want to get away from the summer heat here in Florida. It’s only $2 if you have a WIC card
