Golden was an amazing planner! We enlisted her services about six months out from our wedding and she helped to alleviate so much stress and logistical hassles. She has superior communication skills and was adept at handling the coordination of all aspects of our wedding and discussions with our vendors. She always kept us abridged of pertinent details that were relevant to us and was timely in her communication. Furthermore, our venue necessitated a “flip” from ceremony to reception, we had 170 guests, and the flip was fluid, efficient, and the end result was absolute perfection. Golden helped make our wedding dreams become reality and we cannot recommend her enough for the planing and coordination of any event.

If you are looking for a wedding coordinator you have found the one in Golden! Hiring Golden was the best decision we could have made. After starting the wedding planning process myself I quickly realized with my schedule I would need to hire a coordinator. Golden stepped in and as a true professional handled all things wedding related. Golden's professionalism, work ethic, positive and reassuring personality made the wedding planning process and wedding day a great experience. I’m not even sure where to start — my wife, Jane, and I owe so much to Golden for making our wedding day so special!

We first reached out to Golden just a bit over 2 months prior to our wedding. We had planned the majority of things ourselves but were starting to feel a bit stretched as the date got closer. From the outset, Golden was friendly, professional, communicative, and fun to work with. She had a great intuition for our vision, what we had to have, and what we needed help with. It was an easy decision to choose her as our wedding coordinator, a decision we definitely did not regret!

Golden kept us super organised through AislePlanner and timely emails, which provided additional context on what really needed to be figured out earlier vs. what could be deferred a bit (if needed). For things where Jane and I got stuck, Golden was fantastic about providing input that really fit in with our vision for the wedding. In particular, she also had some great rental options that we ended up using for our dessert table. She also continued to keep things upbeat and fun, which really helped us stay stress-free leading up to our wedding.

The week of the wedding, Golden was on point! She stayed on top of all our vendors, all our last minute decisions, and was flexible with last second changes. We had some parking issues with our vendor in the last couple days but Golden had some quick back-up ideas. For our venue walkthrough and final rehearsal, Golden kept things fun but also made sure every person knew their responsibilities. Leaving our rehearsal, Jane and I felt so excited and stress-free about our wedding, in large part because of Golden.

Then finally, the big day — our wedding day was our dream wedding! Everything went so smoothly that the only issue Jane and I can remember is our photo booth overheating, then rebooting (it was back-up shortly). This is basically a non-issue. She kept everything on track throughout the entire day, made sure Jane and I (plus our bridal parties, family, etc.) were taken care of as soon as we showed up at the venue, and let us really focus on our special day with each other, family, and friends. We were both stress free the entire day and completely hands-off. None of this would have been possible without Golden — thank you so much!

We’d recommend her to anyone in an instant, no hesitations at all. She’s incredible to work with and clearly takes pride in her work. Anyone else would be lucky to have her as wedding coordinator.

I find Golden's weddings to be the most easy-going and sweet events to work as her couples and wedding style are often laid back and stress-free.
