"Terry was our guide and knew more about Pensacola than I did and he's not even from here. I went with a group of friends from work and we all enjoyed it. We did the Red Light District Tour which was super interesting. Our only advise would be to remove some of the racier parts of the video. We're no prudes, just a bit much & not necessary for the tour. Tour was a lot of fun and we all want to do another one Great time."

The driver seemed like a nice person. However, he almost drove into multiple parked cars and light poles on the curb. Additionally, our driver got lost which required one of the guests to have to direct him to where we needed to go completely losing the appeal of paying to have a professional tour guide. The recorded tour video would not align with the tour and at times we would be stopped and have no idea why or what we were looking at. I considered asking to be let off downtown to uber back. Overall, I’d like my money back.

Terry was an awesome tour guide. He said from the beginning his goal was to make all of us have fun. Well, he exceeded those expectations. He was very good at explaining where we were and what kind of haunting took place there. He was also very personable. The bus was cool especially having the tv screens so we could see the image of the place since the windows on the bus were not large. Overall, would highly recommend. Will probably do the hop on/off tour next time we are in Pensacola.

We had the chance to do the Hop-on Hop-off Tour and the Ghosts and Graveyard tour with our guide, Terry. They were both very informative and were a great way for my partner and I to fall in love with Pensacola! Lucky us, we got engaged the night before the tours, and then got to visit the Fleming Fountain where it happened during the hop-off part of the tour to take lots of pics.

Terry was super nice, accommodating, and had the right attitude for the tours. There truly are a bunch of ghost stories in this city, which now we know was the first settlement in the USA! Thanks Terry, cause know we can correct people who say it was St Augustine lol. The Hop-on Hop-off Tour included a free entry to a bunch of historical places, like the museum of art, the children’s museum, a recreated 1805 kitchen house, the cemetery, and others.

This was a short but great tour of the historic end of Pensacola. Our guide was very well educated and super helpful and friendly. The only complaint I have is that we were looking forward to the old bus style ride. We were directed to their van for the tour. I feel that we didn’t get to ride on the older one due to the extreme heat at that time. A must do while in Pensacola

All around great experience!!! Can't remember our tour guide's name but he hadn't been there long and he was awesome. We took our 3 year old and she enjoyed every moment of it. He had great grandad jokes!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The fact that probably DAVE is the one replying to all the negative reviews from the others on the same trip as me is wild!!

I am from out of town and came to visit colleagues in the area. One had suggested the Red Light District tour as they had done it previously and thoroughly enjoyed it. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Dave and given a taste of a peach wine in a disposable shot size cup. We departed the facility and eagerly awaited our tour; however, the excitement would quickly disappear. The driver was trying to look at his cell phone, a list of instructions, a map, AND the road all at the same time. This led to several instances of near side-swiping other vehicles. For example, we were coming down a main road as a man exited his vehicle. Dave was not paying attention and had to be instructed by a fellow passenger to watch out for the man and his vehicle, but then he swerved abruptly to the left to avoid the accident. Had he not been warned, no doubt we would have hit that vehicle and likely that gentleman. Pedestrians could hardly get their last foot up over the curb and he was speeding past them. No regard for their safety or ours as his passengers.

We were given a card for a free drink at Seville's, but we never stopped there as a part of the tour. We stopped at a cemetery and as the driver got up, at least half of his lower back side was visible. We will never get that image out of our minds! Dave then picked up a jar at the gravesite and made the comment about there being a dead fetus inside the jar. As a parent and a new parent, I was very much disturbed by that comment.

It was apparent at one point that we had become lost, so my colleagues began providing directions. At one point the driver was arguing with them as to which direction to turn. There were at least two of them explaining that if he had turned left, we would be heading towards the naval base. Finally he went right and they continued to direct him. We did not stop at any of the stops listed in the video that was playing during the ride. There was one location that a colleague advised him was his next stop and he came to a screeching halt just past the location. It was pointless.

Towards the end of the trip, a colleague asked how much wine he had drunk. His response was that there were 2 bottles and now there were none. Insinuating that he had been drinking and possibly over a bottle of wine! That is highly concerning. There was absolutely no regard for our psychological or physical safety.
