Worst experience in our lives.
All our already modest expectations were shattered, when a woman who called herself the owner of the apartment appeared on the threshold of the house. While we lived here, she decided that she had the right to bring people here to look at the apartment at any time. Insolent, unceremonious, unethical, she didn't stop at anything. For the first time she woke the head of the family to “please” - in an hour people will come here. Of course, having just woken up, he didn't understand the meaning. Deciding that the next time he would simply refuse, he did not complain, although it was worth it, because nothing of the kind had been spelled out in the contract. When the notification letter arrived in the mail, we wrote with the whole family that we didn't want to see anyone in the apartment. But this woman didn't stop.
The visits continued. 4 visits per week - 4 tests of our patience. We reported to airbnb, they confirmed the unacceptability of actions, contacted the owners, but this did not stop them. They threatened us with police. In conclusion - we heard how the neighbors had the same problems, so disregard for tenants is the general policy of the company. We advise you not to repeat our sad experience and not to rent housing here.
