Called the day before today, told a ride would be available at 10:45. Called again before 10:45, now one wouldn’t be available until midnight. Called this morning for a ride, no answer for 3 hours of persistently trying. Called again, tonight, was told to send my location and what time I’d like to be picked up to see if someone was available. I did so. Waited over an hour, asked if anyone would be available, and was left on read. The service is so laughably bad I’m starting to wonder if they hold personal grudge against me, although that wouldn’t be possible since I’ve never used the service before. For the sake of this business, hire people who don’t sound like that hate you for using it.

Robert at Gila Valley Rides saved the day for me!!

I had dropped my husband off at the Ladybug Saddle Trailhead on Mt. Graham and then pulled into the Roper Lake visitor center to see about checking in. As I turned off the car I realized that I did not have the key. I called my husband and sure enough, it was in his pocket. No idea how the car let me drive that far without the programable key and without alerting me. Needless to say, my daughter and I were stuck. We also realized that my husband had left his coat in the car and he really needed for his three day hike this past rainy, cold, weekend.

The rangers recommended Gila Valley Rides. I called and left a message. Robert called me back shortly thereafter. Even though he was not supposed to stay working and even though it risked him being late to an appt of his own, he took our job and got me back to my husband on Mt. Graham where we swapped key for coat. Robert was a great driver and very pleasant. He put my mind at-ease at a very stressful time.

This company is great. I needed a ride on a Sunday and they were there on early. Very pleasant and helpful driver. I got out and my phone had dropped in the car. When I realized it, they brought it back to me even though it was out of there way. I will use them exclusively in that area

Forgot to put my reservation in and had to wait another hour for a ride. And somehow it was my fault because I didn’t get a confirmation picture!

Very professional employees. All the drivers are courteous and friendly. When I use them (which is often) they always ask if there’s anywhere else I need to go. Very punctual. Wait time is not long at all. Drivers seem to really enjoy their job and interacting with the riders. I’ve had some good conversations with them. Overall one of the best things that came to the Gila Valley!
