We bought our 2019 Ford F150 from Geweke Ford a couple years ago. When offered the extended warranty I was hesitant but decided it would be worth the protection, not thinking I would need to use it. Fast forward to Oct. 2024 we are driving to Santa Cruz for a family vacation and our truck has had no problems until this trip. It started having major signs of transmission problems. I had the truck towed back to the dealership and the service we received was exactly what I would have hoped for in this situation. The first phone call they assured me they would take a look at it first thing monday. By Monday I was assigned to work with Vincent in the service department. He was not only thorough, but had great communication and they took care of everything to get the truck in perfect running order again and did it with a smile! I never felt like a bother asking for updates and picking the truck up was fast and easy! Thanks Vincent and Geweke Ford

I bought a ford explorer from Geweke Ford a few weeks ago. My salesperson was Brent Triplett. Because of his trustworthiness, communication, and overall ability to navigate this experience, I will recommend anyone I know in the market for a new car to him. I have been to multiple car dealerships, and this was the best and quickest experience I have had. They had the car ready for me when I got there, were clear with the next steps, and I was on my way out in under 3 hours. Highly recommend!!!!

Went for my appointment early in the morning. My Ford Expedition has a problem. The positive battery cable is broken. I went to parts store to get a connection and connected the cable my way. I have no cars experience. My Ford wouldn't start every two days. Came to Ford service center to reconnect the cable or get it replaced. The guy from the office came to look at the problem and said my connection is perfect, by the way our old car technician has retired therefore they can not fix my Ford. WHAT? Thay can not fix my Ford? Maybe I should have gone to Toyota service to fix my Ford. Geweke Ford is a joke, stay away from the that place and save your time and money.

Had an appointment for a simple oil change. Arrived early. Was told they were ahead of schedule and it would take an 60 to 90 minutes. So I sat down and did some work while I was waiting. After 90 minutes I got up to stretch and noticed my car hadn’t been moved. Went up to the counter and the service advisor said let check if your car is ready. I pointed out that it was exactly where I left it 90 minutes ago. She told me that they were running behind and promised they would get to it “as soon as possible” or I could come back next week. Didn’t give them a chance. Bad service and a service advisor with an attitude who didn’t seem to care.

The customer service here is sad. People are rude. The only place that ever picks up is the parts department. The service department leave you on hold for 30 to 40 minutes to just pick up line and place back on hold. Without ever speaking to you. The lady who answers the phone always sounds like it's a big inconvenience to transfer your call. Left two messages to get call backs and heard nothing.

The parts department needs a raise!!! They answer your calls. They are helpful and friendly.

I have delt with other Ford company's in different states and this one is by far the worst.
