They use to be so good. We have been going there to get our plane tickets for Vietnam for years. We got plane tickets for Vietnam last February for March, due to the covid we had to cancel and the lady keep saying I’ll try to get the plane company to waived your fee if you cancel because of covid and we will contact you. Never heard anything from them after that. I’ve been trying to called everyday and emailing them but no answer or reply. That a lot of money to swindle from someone. What kind of business are you running? Who will go back to your agency after the pandemic is over?

We bought the ticket from January 2020, but due to the covid pandemic, we contacted to cancel the ticket. Currently in October 2021, even though we have tried to contact by mail, call, message, we still have not received a reply. so bad !!

She’s really good when you need someone in emergencies and you do your paperwork. She’s very professional and works diligently to get you booked. I had to fly out the next day and I called her that night and everything was ready for me to go at 4 am. She occasionally messes up but tries very hard to fix it

Took our money and never response. We will try to dispute the money from this agancy first then we may sue them in cause they run away. I bet there is a lot of people are in my family situation that pay for the ticket but never got refund.
