I recently got my nails done here, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The technician was so kind and professional, and she gave me the most beautiful pink ombré nails I’ve ever had. The color is vibrant yet natural, and the shape is perfect. I’ve already received so many compliments!

I used to bite my nails and was always self-conscious about how my hands looked. But after getting my nails done here, I finally feel confident and proud of them. This experience helped me completely overcome that old habit.

Had been going to the same salon for several years and they were under new ownership. Was not happy with the new owners so I tried the gel factory because of an Employee recommendation.. Could not be happier. The place is beautiful. The service was top-notch And the prices were more reasonable than my previous salon.

I went here a moth ago, in November. I absolutely loved it. I got a mani/pedi by nicole. She was excellent!!!! However, today I went. I was certainly disappointed. I get nervous to say I don’t like my nails in person but after seeing them even more I dislike them so much. I felt like I was rushed. The place is very beautiful, clean, good service but today it was very different. I am very upset ☹️

Went there twice. The UV Gel don’t even last for two weeks. First time one nail broke after 2 weeks. I went for fill in they charged me $8 extra dollars with $55 fill in price. I went to get fill in because I wanted to give them one more chance. This time again nails didn’t last me more than two weeks now this time three of my nails came off. It is so ridiculous. I feel like they charge so much money and don’t do a good job. I would never go there again!

Experience was eh. But I’m extremely disappointed with how overpriced this place is. I paid nearly $200 for a full UV acrylic gel set (or whatever it’s called), only for two of the nails to break off within a week. On top of that, when I went to pay, they actually questioned why I was tipping “so little.” That is absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional. They even asked me to ADD MORE to my tip because they felt it wasn’t enough. I’m not completely disappointed with the service itself, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning.

Love this place. The aesthetic of the salon is beautiful. Ask for Yina or Gene. Yina always has the best nails and gives me so much inspiration. Gene does an amazing deep clean on the cuticles. My favorite spa pedicure is the honey. It leaves my skin glowing.

I’ve been coming here for well over a year now. I’m a loyal customer and I am also a very generous tipper. I’m also a “people pleaser”, and as many of the other reviews have said, I get nervous to speak up here because they’re gonna get mad, well today, proved that. For the first time today I walked back in because I did not like the result of how the design on my nails looked. I was then told to go to a different nail tech who is going to fix it. She was so furious that she had to fix it not only did she rush to fix it, but she also cut my finger in the process of her aggressive filing of my nail. I swear it was almost like she spitefully did it!
Staying true to myself I knew karma would return back to her what she gave to me and I instead gave her a $10 tip just for fixing the design on my nails. Bc I'm a good person!
I’m done with this place to say the least. They charge way too much money and then they Treat people without any personalized / in touch experience. The fact that I’ve been coming here for so long and they don’t even remember me and my name is also annoying and speaks volumes on how much they give a shit about the customer. They obviously don’t give a shit about customer relations and care more about how much money people are going to pay and tip them. And God forbid you want them to fix something they’re pissed at you the customer. Customer is always right and if I’m not gonna get that where I am Paying Top dollar for my nail service then I’m not coming here anymore.
